Construction of agreement between Tarakrama Infratech Private Limited ,Hyderabad and T

Srinivas centering and Rod bending Work Contractor,12-7-1/1,Near Municipal Office, Moosapet,
Hyderabad,Telangana-500006,Agreement conditions mentioned below:

1. Footing Measurement :

a) For Single mat Length x Breadth x 2 nos

b) For Double mat Length x Breadth x 3 nos
c) For Triple mat Length x Breadth x 4 nos
2. Retaining wall 2 sides x Height
3.Nee (Shoes Footing) retaining wall Length x Breadth and sides also taken
4. Beem – 2 sides + bottom
5. Applying of shuttering oil including in the shuttering rate
6. Cellar centering (steel centering) and rod bending from footing to cellar floor shall be paid as
Rs.35/- per sqft.
7.Above the cellar floor Rs.2/- per sqft added for each floor from GF to 3 rd floor with respect to
Rs. 35/- per sqft.
a) Cellar – Rs.35/- per sqft
b) Ground Floor – Rs.(35 +2) = Rs.37/- per sqft.
c) 1st Floor – Rs.(37 +2) = Rs.39/- per sqft
d) 2nd Floor – Rs.(39 +2) = Rs.41/- per sqft
e) 3rd Floor – Rs.(41 +2) = Rs.43/- per sqft
f) 4th Floor – Rs.(43 + 2) = Rs.45/- per sqft
8.Water tank and UG sump quantities measured separately.
9.Retaining wall also Rs.35/- per sqft.
10.Beam bottom shuttering may be provided by the labour contractor.
Note :
I will complete the above side works within the time as per your given schedule without any
delay , supply of bamboo sticks for beams cross tie in the scope of main contractor and incase of
construction of sump causiona poles shall be supplied by main contractor for the purpose of slab
support.

Mode of Payment :

1. Mobilization advance Rs.150000/- shall be paid after placing the centering material at site
and it will be deducted proportionately in each running bill.
2. Retention amount Rs.25000/- on each bill against after completion of each slab.
3. First bill shall be made against the works executed after completion of plinth beams.
4. Payment for retaining wall shall be release after completion itself.
5. Payment shall be released after completion of each slab.
Note : Incase of any urgency labour payment shall be released against works.

Above all terms and conditions are willing both parties.
