Employees should change jobs

frequently in order to gain more experience. Use specific reasons and examples to support
your opinion. Do not use memorized examples.

Most people agree that everyone in the worl should change their jobs frequently in order to
gain more experience. Personally i believe that it should not has to be like this always and it
depends on the person and also it depends on the type of job you are working on. I feel this
way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.

First of all the way of working has been changing a lot in the last decade and that is the
reason why people think they need to change their first jobs a lot of times to gain more
experience and to achieve a better position in the future. My personal experience is a
compelling illustration of this. I have studied journalism and when I started to work my first
salary was very poor because I had not experience enaugh to have more responsabilities and
in the same way a better salary. As a result I am going to need to change jobs frequently in
order to move up the ranks. My situation is simillar than the rest of the people of my age.

Secondly, it is important to know what do you want in your future, because there also another
alternatives of jobs that do not require you to change jobs frequently to earn more money and
to gain experience. One of them is to créate your own company, in fact this option has
normally a lot of difficulties at the beginning but if you perseverate you can arrive wherever
you want and have a lot of freedom in your decisions. Another example of job is to work for
the government, and like this you are going to have a lifetime job with a guaranteed salary.
To obtain it you need to study for a couple of years to pass an obligatory exam.

In conclusion, I think the most important thing in the beginning is to choose the best option
you want in your future life, and based on that there are a lot of job alteratives. My personal
opinion is that changing your job in the first years of working is a good approach to know
what are your real needs.
