SIHFW, Rajasthan in the capacity of Human Resource Management Agency for National Rural Health Mission,
Government of Rajasthan, invites applications for the following post on contractual basis; the details of position and
essential qualification are as under:

2 District ASHA PG Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Health Minimum five (5) years post qualification
Coordinator management or Diploma in Management from experience in Health Sector in Govt. or NGO
(34 posts) reputed University or AICTE approved and Social mobilization is essential
institute.
3. Block ASHA PG degree in any stream, preferably MSW, Minimum three (3) years post qualification
Facilitator Sociology, Management, Extension education, experience in Health Sector in Govt. or NGO
(237 posts) Nutrition. and Supportive Supervisory.
Experience is essential.
4 PHC ASHA Graduation degree in any stream. Minimum three (3) years post qualification
Supervisors Age limit below 40 years as on date of experience in Health Sector in Govt. or NGO
(1503 posts) advertisement. and Supportive Supervision, Community
mobilization, SHG formation, Survey and
sprit of heading a team is essential.
Experience is essential.
Note: The job description is indicative and competent authority reserves the right to change or amend or modify

Contract Period: Two years.


Reservation as per Govt. policy
Upper Age limit- For position no. 1,2,& 3 age limit is 45 years , as on the date of advertisement & for position
No.4 upper age is 40 years.
Computer Knowledge: For position no.1, 2 &3 the incumbent should be capable of working on computers
independently, high level of familiarity with commonly used MS and database packages is essential.
