A Two-day engaging fun-shop for youth; particularly students
studying in their schools/high schools/universities who want to
enhance some of the most integral skills they should learn early on to
be successful later on in their lives.

Danish is currently leading IBA’s Career Development Centre (CDC) as Manager and has been moderating the recruitment
processes of some of the top MNCs and local companies operating in Pakistan for the last four years. He has over 10 years of
professional experience while working with few of the most prominent institutions in Pakistan. He is also a lead trainer &
consultant at IBA’s Center for Executive Education (CEE) and has been working as a freelance trainer/consultant as well. He is
a certified NLP practitioner by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programing (ABNLP).

He has counselled thousands of individuals and assisted them in their personal, career and professional development as a
Counsellor, Professional Coach and a Career Facilitator. He has conducted various trainings on career development and life
skills & also facilitated several educational and skill based programs. Some of the themes include but not limited to the
Employability Skills such as CV writing, Interview Skills, Self/Personality Assessment, Managing Social Media Presence etc.
Apart from that, Danish provides customized training programs for different sectors on different soft skills' themes such as
Positive Thinking, Developing & Nurturing Leadership Skills, Team Building, Creativity, Assertiveness, Professional
Communication Skills, Goal Setting, Time & Task Management, Personal Financial Management, Public Speaking, to name a
few.

Danish has an MBA degree in Marketing & Management from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), Karachi and is
an alumnus of EducationUSA Leadership Institutes; professional development exchange program by the U.S. Department of
State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). He has various certifications related to psychometric testing, career
counseling and other soft skills from reputed organizations including but not limited to the British Council, the International
Labor Organization, the Institute of Business Administration, and the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan.
