The undersigned is hereby asking your good office to encode the grade of BSMT student
Cadet Raymond F. Metoda in the course NGEC 6 course code 12424. This student got sick from
prelim to semi-final during 2nd semester of school year 2022-2023 provided with medical
certificate I gave him task to cope up with his missed or lacking activities. He submitted the
necessary task and got the final grade point equivalent of 1.7. With this, I am asking for his final
grade for NGEC 6 be changed from 2.6 to 1.7.
