    A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. RHEA MATUGAS AS THE


    SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY TINABILAN PALOMPON,
    LEYTE

    WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform
    Act of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Members (SK Councilors) from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK)

    WHEREAS, Ms. RHEA MATUGAS possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
    Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

    NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Barangay
    until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution shall be given to Ms. RHEA MATUGAS for her
    file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
    Development Office of Palompon, Leyte for their information and record.

    APPROVED this 19th Day of November, 2023 at Barangay Tinabilan, Palompon, Leyte Philippines.

    I HERBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the aforementioned Sangguniang Kabataan Resolution during
    its preliminary session held at the Barangay Hall on November 18, 2023.
