Graduate Programme 2024

Investment Fund Analysts

Gurgaon, India

Who we are
We’ve been helping clients plan and invest for their futures for over 50 years. From more than 27 locations around the
world, we provide investment services and retirement expertise to everyone from central banks to private individuals.
We’re known for acting with integrity and thinking for the long-term. And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming,
caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.

The team you’ll join

The Investment Fund Analysts work closely with the Investment Directing teams in overseas offices and the role involves
supporting Investment Directors in generating baseline investment communication material for Fidelity funds. This
includes market reviews, fund analysis/performance & strategy commentaries for client reports, and fund presentation
updates – all aimed to help in asset gathering and asset retention. The role is integral to the successful functioning of
each product franchise.

What you’ll be doing

On our two-year programme, you’ll go straight into the action – experiencing the work first-hand and rapidly learning how
the Investment Fund Analysts team delivers for our clients. As a valuable member of the team, you’ll:
• Update/produce sales materials such as standard product presentations in order to enable our distribution teams
to provide their clients and prospects with an informed view of the investment process behind each fund, along
with explanations of current fund performance and positioning.
• Be responsible to provide a quick and relevant response to client queries on funds using existing material or
information sourced from elsewhere in the company.
• Support the investment specialists and investment directing teams for the assigned asset class.
• Complete projects in accordance with agreed standards, best practices and acceptance criteria aspects of our
work.

The difference you’ll make

As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll become more and more involved in making key decisions for our customers.
You’ll help them invest and plan for the futures they want. You’ll provide invaluable support to your team, too.

How you’ll be supported

You’ll start the graduate programme with a comprehensive induction, where you’ll be introduced to investment
management and how it fits in the financial markets. After this, you’ll undergo on the job trainings to build your skills and
knowledge. As you progress, you will also have an option to pursue Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and we provide
full sponsorship.

Once you’ve completed the graduate programme, you’ll be able to carry on exploring career and learning opportunities all
across Fidelity. Support is part of our culture, so you’ll have a buddy and a mentor to help you whenever you need. And
you’ll join a close-knit early careers community, with plenty of social and networking events to help you find your feet and
feel at home.

What we’re looking for

It’s who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for graduates who are curious, compassionate,
eager to learn and ready to get stuck in. Creative thinking and attention to detail are important too. And, as we’re an
international organisation, we’ll need you to speak English.

How to apply
This programme is open to students in the final year of postgraduate programme (Class of 2024 preferred). As part of our
