company It has a portfolio of products for major disease areas including cancer , gastrointestinal ,
infections and inflammation

Responsibilities:
 Providing production support as per SLA’s.
 User support in Production Environment under level 2 support in the AMS.
 Interacting with the onsite coordinator for clarifications, further suggestions and
enhancements in the functional design.
 Attending for weekly status calls on issues/tickets.
 Resolving tickets at timely basis
 Prepare solution document, root cause document, user manuals based on the tickets.
 Worked on the change request (developed new reports in inventory management as per the

 Responsibilities:

 Collected requirement and prepared “As – Is” Business process documents form client.
 Process mapping through Business Requirement Workshops to understand the existing
system and requirements.
 Receiving procurement processes and developing new processes to optimize
procurement operations. Working with higher level management and business units to
ensure smooth transition to new processes.
 Analysis of Audit review points in BBP and Realization.
 Configuration of Org structure like Plant, Storage location, Purchase Org and Purchase
org with assignment respectively.
 Configured Materials Master, Vendor master, PIR and source list.
 Configure purchasing Documents and relevant settings, version management and
purchasing reports.
 Configured inventory settings related to plants.
 Configured automatic account determination for posting to the respective G/L accounts
and configured logistic invoice verification relevant settings.
 Developing template for Unit testing and Integration Testing and responsible for testing
MM business processes.
 End User Training documentation and Prepare Functional specifications for the objects.
