LOCATION

* The plot is situated in a location called Carapetal (N° 34, section L) in


Melides, Vila de Grândola (38°07'22.0"N / 8°40'42.8"W)

* Neighbouring plots: North, Figueirinha; South, Pinheiros Bravos;


East, Figueira Regal; West, Outeiro da Mina

TERRAIN

* Consists of grassland with Cork Oaks, Pine and Olive trees

* Total surface: +/- 2,6 ha

* Existing 54 m² house, dating from the 1960’

* Terrain sloping down from the road on the North and mounting
back up to a ridge ..on the South. A row of Eucalyptus trees marks
the plot boundary.

* Orientation: South

SERVICES

* No services (Water, Electricity, Sewage…) present

* No existing water supply or well.




MAIN HOUSE

* A living / sitting area with Fireplace (TV in a separate corner)

* Dining area for +/- 8 persons

* Kitchen: separate, but connected in open plan with the living area

* 2 bedrooms (one room might be used as library / study)

* 1 bathroom with WC, shower, bath and wash-table for 1 person

* 1 separate toilet with hand-wash basin
