Juara District

• Penentuan juara akan ditentukan berdasarkan pencapaian KPI bulan Agustus – Desember 2023 (bobot 80%) dan penilaian
branding 3kiosk (bobot 20%).
• Lokasi 3Kiosk harus berada di wilayah kecamatan dalam satu polygon.
• KPI dan bobot masing - masing KPI mengikuti ketentuan KPI incentives setiap bulannya
• Minimal achievement setiap bulannya adalah 80%, jika dibawah 80% maka akan dianggap 0%
• Score untuk KPI Acquisition dan Distributions tidak akan di batasi 100%, hanya KPI Revenue yang akan dibatasi 100%.
• 3Kiosk yang sudah menjadi juara di 3Kiosk Juara National, tidak akan masuk kembali kedalam 3Kiosk Juara District.
• Jika score sama maka akan di urutkan berdasarkan growth average Agustus – Desember dari RGU90 serta Tertiary
