• Installation and configuration of BMC Truesight
Patrol 7.0 architecture, NS server, RT server, Patrol Console server.
KM installation and configuration SQL, WebLogic, VMware, NetBackup and
others as well.
Patrol Agent configuration and installation/troubleshooting.
BMC PCM (Patrol Configuration Manager)
Troubleshoot issues on NS & RT servers, History Corruption, High CPU
memory etc.
File system, Alarms, Blackouts and Notifications etc.
Basics operations of BPPM and Truesight.
