Case #1
A 50 year-old patient named Nahdeyya came to the optic with a prescription as follows:

After knowing that it wasn’t her first time wearing glasses, I told her that we should choose a good one
that fits the lens so she can have the best vision. Then she chose a black acetate frame after showing her
many options that suits her case, I adjusted it on her face, marked the O.C, asked if she wanted any
coatings & explained the benefit of each one so she decided on AR coat, and I told her when to come to
pick it. When she came to take it, I told her that she needs about a week to get used to the new

diopters... Also, she tried it on distance & near and all was good. She thanked me and left satisfied.😊

Case #2

A 7 year-old patient named Ali came with a prescription:

After welcoming him, reading the prescription, and knowing that it’s his first experience with glasses, we
started talking first together to make him feel welcomed, and after asking about his favorite color, we
decided on a rubber blue frame that he loved so much & suited his face from the 3 frames I found
suitable for his case & made him choose between. After that, I discussed the types of coatings with his
family & chose anti-blue as if children at this age spend long times on their phones, iPads.... When he
came back to take it, I reminded him that he needs time to get used to it since it’s something new to him
and he has to take care of the new glasses as if it is his best toy. So, he tried it and everything was ok. He

was very happy, thanked me, and left satisfied with his parents.😊
Case #3

A 20 year-old patient named Razan came with this prescription:

After the usual welcomes, knowing that she wore glasses before, we started choosing the frame, she
loves metal frames with rose gold color since she tried gold & silver before but now she wants
something new to try. So, her request was there and the smile was on her face. Then, Razan and her
parents said: “AR coating is what we need” after asking about the coatings as if they are used to this
idea. After 2 days, she came back to pick it, I told her not to use alcohol to clean it, gave her some tips..
while she was trying it & she liked it so much mentioning that it was the best glasses she worn which

makes us happy as well.😊

Case #4

A 47 year-old patient named Abbass has the following prescription:

As he arrived, I welcomed him and knew that he was a myopic patient but did a laser surgery so he only
needed a glasses for reading, after many tries he chose a small frame as I recommend, then after making
sure from every detail I told him that he should wear it on top of his nose while reading or using his
phone only. Later, he chose AR as a coating so he feel comfortable. After a couple of days, he came back

to take it, he tried it using an article and all was pretty good.😊
