National Pension System (NPS) - Visit by ICICI Bank official to address issues of RBI
employees related to their NPS account

Bank employees who are covered under NPS have to approach ICICI Bank, who is acting as Point
of Presence (POP), to solve their issues related to their NPS account. In order to have
coordination, arrangements have been made whereby ICICI Bank Official will be available at 20th
Floor, Central Office Building, HRMD, CO, Mumbai on first working day of every month starting
from March 1st 2016 from 10.30 a.m .. He will also attend account opening formalities of all fresh
appointees.

2. Employees/ Departments.are requested to forward the matter they wish get addressed by email
to mskashikar@rbi.org.in in the follow format.

3. It is clarified that employee/ Department may contact ICICI Bank directly on any working day in
connection with issues/problems relating to their NPS account, however, ICICI Bank official will be
available on zo" Floor, COB only on first working day of every month.
