Keto Brownies Recipe

4 oz bar of lilies chocolate, melted

1 cube butter, melted

one large egg,

1 slightly heaping Tablespoon of coconut flour

1 slightly heaping Tablespoon of lupin flour

1 slightly heaping Tablespoon of inulin flour

1/4 teaspoons of xanthan gum,

1 teaspoon vanilla,

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 to 2/3 c of sweetener of choice (xylitol, allulose, etc.)

2 to 3 TS of some type of milk—nut or dairy.

Mix melted butter and chocolate bar, let cool but still liquid, then mix in wet ingredients (egg,
milk, vanilla).
Add dry ingredients. Mix.

Bake at 350 degrees, check for doneness at 15 minutes with toothpick (should come out clean if
done).

Variations:
Add pecans or walnuts to top and a sprinkle of sweetener, allulose works well. Those who like
sugary brownies will enjoy them!

Makes 6 large or 12 small, less than 1 carb on small ones, 2 or less on large.
