1. 梦，通往灵性世界的一个入口

在睡梦状态中，我们经历意识的不同层次，并接受灵性世界的不同维度的输入。通过做
梦，我们获得通往内在灵性的特殊渠道。根据凯西解读材料，当加以适当的调谐时，所
有我们能够提出的问题，在这样的内在深层意识中都可以得到答案。
一个梦可以是具有生理的、心理的、或灵性的属性，并以各种灵异的方式表现。这包括
心灵传感、超视觉、预言式的显圣、出体旅行、前世记忆、与其它维度生命的联络，包
括逝世的亲友、灵魂向导、天使、基督、甚至上帝的声音。梦还可以为我们提供有关身
体状况的宝贵信息。
所有人的潜意识都在相互联络。籍由潜意识，梦会使我们调谐至物质层或灵魂层。我们
在夜里受到离开人世的灵魂的造访会有许多原因：他们想让我们放心，他们在其它存在
层次活得很好；他们有可能因为祈祷而寻求我们的帮助；他们或许会给我们带来非常有
帮助的或受限制的信息；或者他们会以自己的欲望或观点来影响我们，这些可能是有益
的，也可能是有害的。例如，有人说，他们梦见死去的家人出现，并说出遗嘱放在哪里
，或一样找不到的东西在什么地方。
我们在第三维度经验的事件是一个“过去的情形”，因为这个维度只是在另一个更高的
层次所构造的事物的一个投射或反映。因此，当我们在梦中将注意力转至这些更高层次
时，我们就意识到正在构造什么、什么会被投射至未来的物质世界。我们生活中没有哪
件重大事件在发生前没有在我们的梦中预见过。这并不是说，所有的梦都是预知的，或
我们经历的事件的精确的细节都事先在梦中给出了。然而，“预示”一词暗示我们可以
瞥见和获得警告我们正在构造什么，它会随后变为现实。我们称这些梦为“预知的”或
“预言的”。
正如在圣经时代天使在人们的梦中对他们说话，灵性世界仍然在向今天的人们说话。有
些人来找凯西，说他们梦见了基督。凯西从未告诉他们这只是他们的想象，他们都得到
肯定，他们确实遇到了基督。
梦涉及人类生活的每个方面，不论是社会的、金融的、情感的或生理的、心理的、灵性
的。梦会鼓励或谴责，指示或欺骗、启发或引诱、指导或迷惑。意识存在着无限经验的
潜力。我们实际接收到的信息取决于我们的态度、动机、我们调谐的方式，以及使梦中
和清醒状态的经验中接受到信息变为可以为我们所用的程度。
许多人来找凯西为他们解梦。例如，一个年轻人梦见他刚刚自杀的岳父。在梦中一个声
音说道：“他是世界上最不安的家伙，”然后年轻人看见他自己的孩子哭着要食物。凯
西说，这个画面表明死者需要指导和灵魂的营养。第二天夜里，年轻人听到那个人自己
的声音，有一种“不安的徘徊的印象。”那个声音说道：“我寻求平安。我想离开，和
在那里的家人在一起。”凯西再次说，梦中的联系是真实的，这表明，他的岳父多么需
要他的祈祷，他岳父依然是一个没有脱离尘世束缚的灵魂。他补充道，这个灵魂来找地

梦见一个死去的朋友使劲掐她，这是如此生动，以至她惊恐地尖叫挣扎；还有一个人要
求灵魂拔自己的脚趾时，他的脚趾真的被拔——他再也没有这样要求。一个男子在梦中
被带入一个即将因癌症而死去的女人的大脑中，这是他的一个亲戚，并向他展示当死亡
最终来临时，这会是一个解脱。一个后来的梦也向他显示了在死后一个灵魂意识苏醒时
的感觉。灵魂不仅因生者认出他们而获得回报，而且他们可以感受教育生者的快乐。在
相当不寻常的例子中，他们还能直接与生者一起工作，以完成有价值的事业。死者与生
者的区别只在于：他们永远处于潜意识状态，因为肉身的头脑已不再存在。但身体是一
个会损坏的躯壳，其余的则是保持完整的。在星光层的存在中，灵魂的潜意识代替了意
识，超意识又占据了潜意识的位置。
因此，我们认为，在梦中与死者联系比一般人所能理解的更合理。以下是凯西听到的与
灵魂交流的梦以及对它们的解读的摘录：一个人对凯西说：“我的父母[已逝世]来找我
，他们见到我很高兴，但他们告诉我我姐姐已经自杀。”凯西在催眠入定状态中回答道
：
“这个梦通过已死的父母将姐姐头脑中萦绕的想法传达给弟弟，因为姐姐对生活中的遭
遇非常不满。正如你所见，父母有赖于你去指示、指导和劝告你姐姐。

以下是摘自凯西解读中的一些帮助你分析你的梦的技巧：
1）在枕边放一本笔记本。醒后尽快记下你的梦。
2）每天晚上临睡前暗示自己：“我会记住我做的梦。”
3）如果你在夜里醒来，记下主要的符号，早晨通常会记得整个梦。
4）在睡前通过自我暗示，练习敏锐地观察你的梦。
5）在你的梦中寻找这些成分：场景、人物、行动、颜色、感情、和谈话。
6）每天努力分析你的梦，否则很难有进步。
7）如果梦不合逻辑，有三个可能的原因：
a,只回忆起梦的部分片断。
b,梦反映了做梦者生活中的一些不合逻辑的事。

8）如果你无法解释一个重要的梦，在你下次睡觉前向自己暗示：梦会更清晰地重复一
遍。
9）你会在噩梦中无法移动或叫出声来，这通常表明你的饮食有问题。要想结束噩梦

10）几年一直不变的梦表明做梦者对改变的抵抗。
11）生病的梦会是真正的或象征的警告。
12）当你面临一个问题，祈祷要求你的梦给予指导。

凯西之梦及解梦

尽管我们未有有意识地记住我们做的梦，但每个人每天都做梦！二十世纪早期，当佛络
伊德(Sigmund Freud) 和容格(Carl Jung)两位大师在试图展示梦的重要性的时候，爱
德加凯西已经开始对一些人的梦给出指导和实用解释方法。有几百个解读是有关梦和解
梦的。而其中最重要的就是：比起清醒状态(即显意识主导的状态)，我们在梦境中接触
到过各种非显意识层次。解读指出，发生在你生活中的事件，都在你的梦中展示过。
我们的潜意识是一个巨大的仓库或“数据库”，它储存着我们所有有过的经历、事件、
所为、所说、甚至所思所想，而且用不会忘记。它还有一个令人惊讶的才能：找到解决
问题的方法，并对具体问题给出实用操作指导。它有时还会给我们一些特异能力的体验
。
梦就是它交流途径之一！
梦可以诊断出身体疾病的原因，提示我们平时忽略的想法和情绪，而且经常建议我们去
改善人际关系。总之，在梦里，我们体验完整的自己：身体的、心智的、灵魂的。
容格，二十世纪心理学、精神病理学大师，用令人信服的证据发觉并证明了非显意识的
一个较深的层次。这个层次无容置疑的是来自于事实的灵界(Sptritual reality)，这
一点佛络伊德还没有涉及到。(有趣的是，容格的许多理论得益于一本来自中国的道家
经书“太乙金花宗旨”(The secret of golden flower))。容格称这个层次为“集体潜
意识”(collective unconscious)。在此，所有思维的交流均通过使用通用的符号集
，这种符号集对世界所有人来说都有相同的含义。例如，一个狮子类的巨型猫科动物有
一种普遍的力量、权力和活力。鸟类常被当成爱和关怀的符号，而水却常意指灵---我
们原本的状态。 在梦中的老人或祖父式的人物则是“高级自我”(Higher Self)或内在
智慧的化身。
当然，并不是我们梦中的所有的符号均有相同和普遍的含义。很多，如果不是大多数的
话，只能通过与特定的个人生活和环境来确定其具体意义。如梦到一支枪，对于修枪人
来说是一种含义，对于受枪击的人来说则是另一个意思。
从没有“坏梦”这一说！所有的梦均是有助于做梦者的！我们梦到的灾难可能仅仅对我
们的日常生活中的饮食习惯、生活态度或对一些特定事件情绪释放的忠告。这些指导对
我们来说是无价之宝，可惜我们大多数人没有学会去利用。
例如，凯西给一个梦到穿制服的无头人的解读中说，梦的启示是要他不要象丢了脑袋似
的(无头人)，从字面理解法律规章(梦中的制服)，告诉他对工作投入太多(穿制服)，忘
了对灵的探索。有个人梦到一个人一边在大街上狂跑、一边大喊大叫，解读说这是忠告
他控制自己的脾气。一位女士梦到她的一位好友同她讲话。她注意到她的好友口中有非
常漂亮的各种各样的假牙，其中有一些是足金所制。解读说口中的金牙齿代表了她说了
(口中)许多确实是灵界的真理(真金)，但由于她没有将她所说的真理运用在实际生活中
，所以是假的(假牙)。另一位女士，梦到已去世的母亲还幸福地活着。凯西说要她相信
这个信息，她的母亲确实幸福地活着：“......因为没有所谓的死亡，只是从物理世界
转换到灵界。”(136-33)
好了，如何解梦成了关键问题。一个比较简单的办法是先从字面上去理解。例如，在梦
中看到我们吃沙拉/素菜可能是指让我们改变饮食习惯，多食水果素菜。梦到一位很久
未见的人，可能不久会有他的信息或不期而会。再从符号法试一下，梦到许多不同的房
间可能意味着你有许多有待挖掘的品质和才能。死亡和出生的梦往往是指旧的结束和新
的开始，可能是关于你旧的性格的“死亡”，往往不是你物理生命的结束。例如，一位
女士梦到参加她牧师的妻子的葬礼，解读解释说，她目前的状况是她的灵性(梦中牧师
的妻子)躺着休息(在墓地)。而梦到怀孕或照看实际生活中没有的孩子，往往指的是新
的环境或新的想法将诞生。
当梦给出指导或传递一种定论时，通常是对你已设定价值观或理想的一种反应。大多数
这类的梦可看成是一种比较(凯西用的词是“相关”)，一种关于最近之所为与已内定的
价值目标的比较。例如，一位女士尽管得到让她免食巧克力的忠告，但她仍然照吃不误
。她做了一个梦，说她非法越过墨西哥边界去买巧克力。显然，梦用“非法”的含义告
诉她做了她不应该做的事。
科学实验表明，我们每个人都做梦，但很多人却记不住做的梦。如果我们想要知道我们
的梦是给我们提示解决问题的办法、还是指导我们应该学习的课程、还是对将要发生事
件的警告、还是我们对天律的洞察力的觉醒。我们每个人应记下并认真对待梦的提示--
-因为这实在是你的多年、多世积累的智慧及与生俱来的价值观的显现，你上下求索而
不得的导师！
这里介绍5个步骤，可让你开始解梦之旅：
准备好笔记本和笔放在床边。灯或手电应伸手可及。
1、开始时，每天睡前对自己说要记住自己的梦。梦中醒来时立即记下，坚持每天记录
，哪怕仅一句话或几个词。
2、注意到感觉和梦的符号对解梦有同样的重要性；另外，由于我们自身的多重性，梦
总的来说有多重含义。
3、几乎所有的梦中人物均是你自己的一部分。仔细观察梦中人物的动作、情感、对话
，并对照日常生活中的自己。
4、观察并记录下在梦中重复出现的符号、性格、情绪，建立自己的“解梦词典”，这
些符号对你非常重要。
5、你的“真我”知道你的一切，并在梦中给你应知道的所有指导。不要怕做错。梦会
重复地提醒你。一旦梦不再重复，你已完成任务。重要的是：实践、实践再实践。
我们对凯西关于梦的观点有如下归纳：
1、每个人是自己最好解梦人；
2、睡觉让人的显意识放在一边，进入了灵魂的思想体---潜意识，梦大多数来自人的潜
意识；
3、没有梦回答不了的问题；
4、人的现实生活中发生的重要事件均在梦中提示过；
5、留心和执行梦的提示越多，解梦的能力就越强；
6、食物影响你的梦境；
7、梦对你的灵的成长大有益处；
基本来说，梦是基于我们的所想、所言、所为来帮助我们更了解我们所经历的生活。她
们可展示出驱动我们的欲望、帮助我们明白身体的需要，也可以提供更有创造性的生活
洞察力、协助我们做出更明智的决定。解梦的过程就像与一个自己完全信赖的、明了我
们一切的智者对话，并得到他的指导。生活的答案就在那儿，就看我们如何去梦中搜寻

非意识的语言是符号。对这些符号的认识可以帮助我们解决问题、提供创造性，甚至了
解过去和将来，当然，最重要的帮助是认识自我。它们具有很强的个人色彩。虽然凯西
的解读认可许多通用的符号，特别是灵性方面的，但解读坚持认为自己是最好的解梦人
，人和人之间使用符号含义的差异可以是南辕北辙。解梦词典从不同角度来启发梦者认
识自己的符号，从而得到潜意识想给予的信息的帮助。从这个角度来看，任何解梦词典
都不会提供符号的确切答案。

这里列出的仅是出现在凯西解读中被解释的一些符号。希望对各位的解梦和建立自己的
词典有所帮助。

救护车：为身体提供帮助，将会到来(137-6)。其它解释：逼近的紧急情况
Ambulance help for the physical body, which can be brought into play (137-
6). Other possibilities: Impending emergency.

锚：停留在某处研修、理解(900-158, A-2)。其它解释：1，羁绊住；2，稳定性
；3，解决问题的决定性的力量来自于内心深处；4，想安定下来的欲望；

解梦的益处
尽管不是所有人都记住他们的梦，但事实上每个人都做梦。在上世纪初，心理学家如
弗罗伊德和容格展示了梦的临床经验的重要性时，凯西已经在提供解梦的实际操作指导
了。凯西解读中有数百个是关于梦的主题和解梦的。从这些资料中可以得出一个重要的
事实：我们每个人在潜意识层面对我们的方方面面---我们的身体、周围的环境、人物
、发生的事件、生活的方式---比清醒状态的我们知道得多。
在梦的世界里，我们开放在自己许多层次的非意识里。那里不仅储藏着我们以前的意
识经历，还有许多很少进入意识的信息源。潜意识具有非凡的发现解决问题的方案的能
力。它储藏着我们的愿望、想法、过去的记忆，还可以帮助我们自我检查，并对具体问
题提供指导。它还可能让我们有灵异体验。梦可以诊断我们身体疾病的起因、挑明我们
有意无意中忽视了的思维和情绪、还经常给出改善与他人关系的建议。在梦里，我们意
识到自己完整的存在：物理的、心智的和灵性的。凯西资料指出，梦是我们与内心自我
、高我交流的最容易、最自然的方式。提供给我们不应该忽视的机遇。
解梦的第一不自然是记住梦。你经常记起梦吗？每天早晨都记得吗？统计显示每人平
均每周记起一到两个梦，有很多人一个也记不起，甚至有人怀疑自己是否会做梦。
尽管如此，梦境实验室的证据表面我们都在晚上做梦。梦境以一种循环的方式出现
，通常将90分钟左右。大多数的梦发生在一种叫做REM的睡眠阶段。REM，Rapid Eye
Movement，快速眼球移动期。明显的在合起的眼帘下的眼球运动是做梦的特征之一。其
它特征包括脉搏、血压和呼吸频率的变化。
当然，心智在整个睡眠期间都是活跃的，并不只限於REM阶段。可能你在夜间醒来，注
意到你一直在思考、观察着什么，但却明知道那不是在做梦。与这类思维相对照，梦境
通过产生鲜活的图像、强烈的情绪、人物角色和故事过程而提供一个特别的体验。这种
体验通常每晚有5-6次，长度在几分钟到三十分钟不等，较长得梦大多发生在清晨。

十二种忆梦技巧
每个人都会发现忆梦能力是可以增强的。每个人可以用不同的技巧。这类列出一些供
参考。
仔细阅读这些方法。你或许要每样都试一下，然后选择你最喜欢的。
1、审视你的目的
对大多数人来说忆梦能力与其动机密切相关。为什么你想要记梦。是出於好奇还是想炫
耀自己有非常经历？还是与诚挚的要了解和提示自己的欲望有关？你可能有许多原因和
动机。但是你希望梦帮助你改变吗？你相信梦境可以教你灵性现实吗？你想是要梦来帮
助你理财？还是有其它什么目的？
如果你选择这个技巧，化几分钟思考上面的问题。写下你的目的。并每周甚至每天阅
读一下你的目的。人们常常发现，在开始解梦并意识到梦的运行后，他们的目的就会有
所改变。
2、早点上床。
因为最长得梦是在睡眠的第六、七、八个小时，保证有足够的睡眠时间，不会因匆匆于
生活的压力而没有时间记下梦。
3、睡前阅读。
睡前的15-30分钟的阅读，很大地影响梦的体验。你在非直接地使用你的行为给自己睡
前暗示。可以通过阅读解梦资料、或者阅读自己的解梦目的、问题，而利用这一心理规
律增强忆梦。
4、准备好纸笔和灯。
有了这些方便取来的装备，我们同时也是给思想一个强烈的信号：非常想记住和理解我
们的梦境。
5、睡前使用简单的引导句增进忆梦。
思想是很易受导言的影响的。这一技巧很容易做：在你要睡去前，对自己重复几次
，“我醒来将会记住我的梦。” 这类导言句不必要是睡着前的最后意识。重要的是导
言后面的欲望和诚意。导言句子不是魔咒，它们依据我们想要记住梦境的程度而是否有
效。
6、学会在夜间醒来。
如果我们可以在梦后立即醒来，我们大多会记住梦境。因此，如果我们整晚睡觉，期间
没有一次醒来，很难记起除了最后一个循环的其它的梦境。尽管半夜醒来对某些人不方
便，但对认真探求者来说确实很有帮助。
至少有两种帮助梦中醒来的方法。第一种是训练自己在特定的时间醒来。大多数人已经
掌握了这种方法如早晨定时醒来，甚至是周日早晨我们无须早起，习惯让我们仍然象往
常一样。通用的方法---当然不是特别吸引人的方法---就是将闹钟定在半夜。2：00-
5：00之间对大多数人都合适。使用音乐闹钟更好些。但使用闹钟不是为了忆梦，而是
在训练自己在某个时间醒来。有些人利用这种方法也可以记录梦境，但很多人因为闹钟
---包括音乐---被唤醒后，因打破节奏而什么也记不起。属於后面的人应该使用闹钟一
些时日后看是否有效。有很多成功的例子证明了训练后的他们可以在半夜醒来，记录所
梦。
第二种方法是在睡前多喝几杯水。身体的尿意会让人在半夜醒来。这里，这种方法仍然
是训练方法，以形成梦后醒来的习惯。
7、在床上多躺几分钟
这个听起来不错！很多人发现早晨在床上多躺几分钟，对记起梦境很有帮助。有时候
，早晨什么也记不起，然后立刻下床开始一天的活动，梦就再也会不来了。但如果你多
躺两三分钟，避免挪动肢体，你可能会忆起一些片段、甚至整个梦境再现出来。
8、重复生活中的关键问题。
这种增进忆梦的方法由Herbert Puryear博士推荐的。这是基於这样的假设：我们的做
醒着状态时很关心的事情的梦。第一步是列出4-10个你目前面对的重要的问题(如“是
否该找新的工作？” 或者“我该怎么做来帮助孩子落后的功课？”) 。梦者首先应该
在早晨立即记录梦境。然后加强梦的意识尽量找出遗漏的部分。这个可以通过列出的问
题询问自己而实现。例如，“我昨晚是否做过关于度假或换工作的梦？” 或者“是否
有关于孩子或家庭作业的梦？”
有时我们会因为向自己问这些问题而突然忆起一个梦来，但梦看上去可能与我们的问题
毫无联系。尽管我们不能排除这个是偶然事件，但还是应该仔细考察梦境与问题的关系
的。
9、倒着写梦。
我们经常只记起一个长梦的片段。要抵制住自己想知道梦的开始这个想法的引诱。这是
显意识在运行，想一种逻辑的方式，你会失去所有的梦的记忆。有经验的梦者都会从尾

梦而祈祷，我们将自己调谐于内心的灵性力量。其它为我们祈祷的人通用也有助于这种
调谐。正如大家看到的，凯西关于解梦解读的一个基本点就是将身体和心智调谐于灵性
而得到梦的帮助。
12、与他人讨论解梦

写梦的日记

忆梦是一件很脆弱和易逝的。早晨看起来是非常生动的梦境到晚上变得模糊不清了。由
於时间所限，如要去工作等，早晨往往不是最好的解梦时间，所以仔细记录我们的梦境
是极其重要的。有人发现要经历几周或几个月才能知道某个梦的具体含义。如果没有记
录，解梦将会变得几乎不可能。
第二个记录梦的重要原因是关系到将这些内部课程带入到日常实践中。梦的记录，无
论是字句还是图画，都是第一步在物质面的实现。从某种程度上来讲，将梦写在纸上象
征着我们的具体行动，“我想要去理解梦境，并把信息带入我的生活体验中。”
写梦的日记的第一步是找到合适的日记本。但不管你使用何种本子，你会发现如果只
在右面记录你的梦境，而留下左面用作评论、总结或者可能的解释是很有帮助的。这种
方式非常有价值，因为你可以在你的梦的记录要点处写下你的解释性评论。
写梦的日记还有其它三个因素需要考虑。一个简单的前一天的事件、思维和感觉(这就
是我们在前面一章讲的思想动力)的描述对以后的解梦是很有帮助的。大概20-50字的小
结就够了。给梦起个名字在解梦时也非常有益。梦的名字是关于梦的总结性词句。最后
，在写日记时，我们要尽量记下所有的梦的数据，包括当时看来无关紧要的、甚至是讨
厌的细节、图像、感受等。在梦的状态中我们常常误判梦试图带给我们的事件和情景的
重要性。下面的例子简述了刚才的要点：
1977年10月29日
校园---学习？---年前时代？
昨天醒来的晚，匆匆如往常一样工作，除了与Richard有个争执。5：30到家。在中餐馆
吃饭，看1小时电视球赛。11点上床。
“感觉被遗忘” 可能是与当前的生活最相关。梦好像是在暗示我与这两个朋友联络。

“校友聚会”
我回到上大学的校园，看到我和John, Bob一起上我的车去餐馆。我吃完后在外面的车
中等，他们好像是把我忘了，因为他们没有出来。我一直在想我应该问他们在过去的十
年中做了什么。

解梦的关键步骤

醒来后在你的梦的日记上写记录。你的写与你的右脑的活动有关，而你的右脑正是梦的
来源。总的来说随着书写，记起的梦回增加。这里有五个步骤：
1、主题：对谁、发生了什么事？
用简单的句子描述梦。这比直接试图解释梦的符号有效得多。
 2、探索与主题有关的梦的情感内容
感觉是否很愉快积极？还是有点茫然失措？惊恐？还是鼓励提升性的？梦的体验经常与
现实的情感经历相近。
3、考虑梦是字面的直接信息，还是有寓意、象征性的
例如看到自己在吃沙拉，是提醒你某个营养问题还是改变饮食习惯。梦中的车是指你的
身体还是在说你自己的车的问题。当然，死亡往往是预示着改变或转换，而出生则象征
着一种开始。
4、对照面前生活问题分析你的梦
梦主要是你潜意识用来提供对你在显意识中的问题、忧虑和感觉提供信息的。就是说
，梦与我们日常经历密切相关。
5、开始解释符号
要记住，在绝大多数情况下，所有符号均代表你的某个方面。例如，天空可以代表你的
最高的部分(包括思想或灵性) 。房屋可能是身体、思想或目前的地位。解梦词典有时
很有帮助。

超感知(ESP) 和梦的指导

灵异能力是属於灵魂层面的。这个简洁的原则在凯西解读中被反复强调过。解读也解释
了超感知(ESP，Extrasensory Perception) 是如何运作的。
灵异能力是可能的，因为你是灵魂---一个灵性存在体。超感知的经历是这个非可视现
实的直接和非常个人化的证明。你体验过灵魂自我在行动吗？是一种莫名的感觉，但证
明是正确的？一种凭空的直觉智慧，给出问题的答案？一种内心的警告，让你远离威胁
？
这些仅仅是一点点你潜在的灵异能力的体验。在梦里你接触的更多。对大多数人来说
，梦中是最容易的灵异经历。你的梦经常有灵异性。它们让你潜入他人的思维和感觉
(Telepathy心灵感应) ；它们会看到未来，提出警告或保证(Precognition前瞻) ；也
会看到你遗忘的过去(Retrocognition回溯) 。

心灵感应梦

一个例子：
露易斯，一个三十多岁的女子，已经记录和研究自己的梦几年。她有自己熟悉的帮助
日常生活的解梦方法。但一个晚上的梦让她很迷惑，因为她在生活中找不到对应的地方
：
丈夫和我在一个我们熟悉的路上开车，忽然我们看到一个教堂。我叫他停车，因为我知
道我的中学同学在此聚会。我会看到一些20 年没有见到的朋友了。
我们进去后，什么人我也不认识。正准备离开，我看到我的朋友Peggy。看到她，我非
常兴奋。我们都很高兴重复并再续友谊。我们拥抱、谈天，直到醒来。
通常露易斯使用的解梦法似乎没有结果。她决定先将梦放在一边，想以后或许有用。
五天后，她偶然发现这竟然是个心灵感应梦。她受到她的妈妈的信，信中讲到她在购物
时偶遇露易斯中学同学Peggy，并告知她所有生活细节。那一日就是露易斯做梦的那天
。
这是一个戏剧性的心灵感应梦例。在凯西解读中也有同样的例子。
一个22岁的女子梦见她的好友Emmie自杀。凯西在分析这个梦境时说，这是一个思想对
思想的交流。Emmie确实曾经考虑过自杀，但那个想法已经过去。在这个女子做梦时
，她的好友确实在思索这个问题。
在解读中，梦者问了两个问题。第一，“Emmie是否会自杀？” 解读的回答是，这个
心灵感应梦发生在Emmie的思考期间，不是实际事件的预言。
第二，“Emmie的信息是如何进入我的梦的？” 凯西的回答指出了两个关于人类思想
的关键原理：思想是物体---Emmie的自杀思考已经由灵性能量形成想法；还有就是所有
潜意识思想是互相连通的。在夜晚睡眠做梦时，潜意识思想更完全地到来，使得心灵感
应成为现实。
你可能有自己的心灵感应梦的体验。正如这两个例子，前者只是满足好奇，而后者则
是生死大事。有些心灵感应梦可能是为了提醒你的特异能力，或者告诉你与他人在非可
视层面上原本相连，为一体的。而其它的心灵感应涉及需要你的帮助和爱，这些梦是你
不想错过的。
前瞻：未来之梦
凯西的妻子格秋把她的一个梦提交解读。她和凯西是梦中的两个关键角色。解读解梦
指出这是个关于未来事件的梦。但在具体解释前，解读给出了前瞻是如何发生的描述。
解读要求格秋(也是对我们中有意了解灵异梦境的任何人) 想象这个情况，一个人从弗
吉尼亚海滨市出发往西行，你能预计他会走到Norfolk市吗？(Norfolk市在弗吉尼亚海
滨市正西十五英里) 你有多大的把握可以预计这个事件的结果？最好的说法就是：如果
其它一切不变，则结果是可以预计的。如果这个人一直往西走，他将到达Norfolk市。
这是个简化了的比喻。但却深刻地点出关于未来事件的灵异预言。未来没有确定！没
有任何灵异或前瞻梦可以说什么事一定会发生。但是，非常可能的是，如果一切按照当
前方向继续的话，它就会发生。解读这么说：“一个个体沿着一个确定的思维方向发展
，将来的位置就确立了。”( 解读538-25) 在生活的某个时刻，你采用某一种思想态度
、感觉和做决定的模式，如果你持续如此，你的将来则是可以预测的。你的显意识思想
可能看不到，但你的梦境有一个更为广泛的角度。
凯西的解释指出了前瞻梦的两个不同目的。最重要的是关于你生活中现行的方向的反
馈。有时这类梦的反馈是关于对你目前方向的肯定；而作为一种警告则更为经常出现。
这种前瞻梦提醒你目前选择的、创造的将会带来麻烦。
另外一个目的是给你提供信息。你潜意识的部分总是看前很多。它并不是判断你是否
走在正路上，而仅仅是提示将会发生的事件和境况。这里有两个例子：
罗伯特的梦
罗伯特很少有机会见到他的大学同学Rebecca。两人住在不同的城市，都很幸福地忙碌
于各自的家庭和事业。他们都选择了咨询作为自己的职业。尽管不常见面，但他们都珍
惜彼此的友谊。
一天晚上，罗伯特梦到了Rebecca。他们两人，还有他们的孩子们，围成一个圈跳舞。
这个梦充满了欢乐恶化庆祝的气氛。但是，醒来后罗伯特注意到梦里的一个奇怪的特点
：他们孩子们显得比现在的年龄大三、四岁。
开始罗伯特没有太注意，认为可能是一个反应自己愿望的梦：希望看到老朋友，也许
是Rebecca代表了他自己的某个方面需要有更紧密的联络。几年后，他在翻自己的梦的
日记时才发现，这是个灵异梦。梦实际上预言了四年后的事实：在孩子们长大了些后
，罗伯特和Rebecca都发觉可以在事业上投入更多的时间。於是他们开始写作，准备在
一个专业咨询杂志上发表。一次偶然的机会他们发觉彼此的计划如此相近，於是决定合
作。最后发展为发表了几个系列文章。
前瞻的梦成为现实。线索就藏在梦里孩子的年龄里。实际上，这是许多前瞻梦的特点
，他帮助你认识时间的差异。对待这类梦，要留意异常的时间：提前的时间、日期，变
老的家人和朋友等。此类信号并不一定存在于每个梦里，但有时确实很有帮助。
Wendy的梦
另外一些前瞻性的梦有时非常神秘，以至与无法识别。它们提供非常有价值的信息，但
却很困难立即领会。这就是为什么梦的日记很重要。当你的经历有了记录，你可以定期
地往回看看，是否一些过去的梦在新情况下更有意义。
Wendy和她的丈夫从西海岸搬到东海岸，但他们原来的房子还没有卖出。Wendy把卖房子
的事情交给她的妹妹，并总挂念房子的问题。於是就有了这个梦：
我和妹妹坐在桌子边，还有两个人：一个越南女子和一个陌生人。显然女子刚刚结婚
，我对她说：“希望不会冒犯你。新婚已经很麻烦了，在加上语言和金钱问题，岂不更
麻烦？” 然后我醒来了。
梦里没有任何暗示这是个前瞻性的梦，但却给出后来被证明了的信息。两个月后
，Wendy的妹妹打来电话告诉她有一对夫妇非常想买房子。男的是海军军官，女的是越
南人。这时，她才想起那个梦和里面的越南女人。她的梦是在她最担心房子的时候发生
的。那对夫妇最终买了那栋房。
指导和警告的梦
凯西解读里也有许多预见性的解梦。其中许多展示了心智的这类特别的活动：永远看
前几步，小心提醒新的情况。
有个例子是关于一个十八岁男孩的普通的一个梦：“看上去我们父母出门旅行，我会
一个人在家。有人来访，我们聊的很快乐。”( 解读341-18) 解读的解释很直接。事件
将按照梦的描述发生。他的父母很可能出门旅游，他将一个人在家，但他得为来访的人
做好准备。梦的目的是为他提供有用的信息。
 凯西的解梦往往强调前瞻性梦的另一个目的：对当前方向给出反馈，而多是以警告的
形式出现。有一个很戏剧性的例子是关于一个四十多岁的发明家的。他和其它他在努力
开放一种新概念发动机。发明家梦到他的那天发动机上工作，忽然发现自己的衬衫脏了
，於是离开去换衬衫。但在他回来后发觉汽车和那台发动机被别人偷走了。梦者在梦的
结尾有非常沮丧的想法：“…它在我的目前被偷。”( 解读195-60)
在解这个梦的解读中，凯西这是个前瞻性的警告。梦者当前的发展会使这种情况发生
，“通过其它人的一点点行动” ，他的发明努力会被窃取。但是，希望仍在，事情并
不一定朝那个方向发展，他自己的努力可以改变事件发展的轨迹。不仅仅是采用什么的
安全设置，而是建议他审视自己关于发动机的态度和理想。梦中他穿着的脏的衬衫代表
着自己身上“污染了的” 或者不正确的态度。如果持续发展，会让他在其它人的自私
和贪婪的意图里受损。尽管如此，如果他提醒自己发明的最高目的，并集中注意力，他
就无须害怕。
第二个前瞻性梦的例子是一个新婚女子的梦(解读136-35) 。她的梦很简单但却让人不
安：她与她的婆婆争吵了起来。凯西的解释指出这是个前瞻性的梦。在她们两人的思想
中有起争执的倾向。如果没有什么改变的话，争吵将无法避免。凯西建议这个新婚女子
通过改变自己来改变境况---她应该采取行动制止争吵的发生。凯西简单明确提醒她说
未来没有确定。再明确的前瞻梦给出的事件仍然是在创造过程中。
来自梦境的指导
生活有时很令人困惑。相互矛盾的讯号和影响力不断地出现在我们周围。当我们需要做
出重要的决定时，我们该如果做？如何才能找到一个值得信赖的答案？
你的梦在此扮演非常重要的角色。当然它们不是你唯一可以依靠的，但梦就好像是你
最好的朋友和顾问。但最终你必须自己做决定，而梦则为你提供额外的信息和方向。
梦可以提供指导并增长灵性，这就是为什么我们要研究梦。每天晚上我们都得到关于
这些问题的反馈：我是谁？我的生命是怎样的？我需要什么改变？
下面我们将探讨梦的指导的具体方法：如何就一个具体问题得到帮助。你的梦可以在
你面对关于健康、经济、事业、人际关系等方面需要做出决定时提供帮助。你可以按照
给出的具体步骤得到梦的信息。
这里要强调的是，梦不应该替你做出决定。它们同你一起合作，但灵性增长的关键是
学会如果作出充满爱意的决定，使得他人和自己受益。责怪梦境的决定是不负责任的和
不成熟的表现，这种态度是一种逃避。
一个很好的梦境指导的例子是一个女子在面临事业问题。她梦到圣母玛丽亚来帮她。
在梦里，她被带到一个通灵人那里，玛丽亚保证此人可以提供值得信赖的指导。但那个
通灵人只是肯定地对她说，梦者自己完全有能力为自己作出一个好的选择。她醒来后充
满自信，准备利用自己的直觉和判断来选择。
自然我们有时希望能够得到比这个女子更多的信息。我们不仅应该信任梦的帮助，而
且可以采用具体的步骤来孕育这样的梦。就好像是，你做好了预习，在老师(你的梦)讲
课时，可以受益最大。
这个准备接受梦的指导的过程称为孕梦(Dream Incubation) 。这种方法很古老，可以
追溯到古希腊，人们来到神殿以得到梦的启示。通常他们的问题是关于健康的。在神殿
中准备的过程是为了邀请希腊的救治之神---Aesculapius---来到梦里，提供灵异诊断
，并推荐治疗方案。
你可以按照同样的步骤，但你的问题却可以不止是身体问题。将你的卧室变成一个
“指导梦境之神殿” 。其关键点是让你准备好接受内心指导，并对可能到来的信息有
个开放的思想。
前面提过了的，梦的日记是一个非常好的开端。这个活动帮助你聚焦你的能量，它扮
演了一个对你的潜意识思想引导的角色。这种方式可以回答下面的六种问题。这些包含
了凯西解梦解读和其它研究人员如Gayle Delaney, Henry Reed, Robert Van de
Castle的精华。
1、我生活的那些方面---问题、忧虑、困难---需要得到答案？
2、我想要知道什么？
3、如果这些问题得到解决，我有什么受益？(同情、藉口、财物回报等)
4、我至今有那些关于问题的答案的信息？(列出让你感到困惑的元素)
5、在入睡之前，我用显意识对问题的最佳回答是什么？(试验性的答案很重要。)
6、我需要什么问题的答案？(简短的问题，入睡前重复数次。)

完成日记后，准备入睡。当你感觉非常舒适并有点睡去时，在脑中重复几次问题。这些
重复没有必要是脑中的最后一件事。你真实的愿望起很大作用。然后，不要去想这个试
验是否会成功。担心反而会其阻碍作用。随它去，你已经做完你能做的部分，让你的梦
完成剩下的。
早晨醒来后，记下记住的梦(或者部分) 。不要那些梦的重要性所有选择，因为在开始
你无法确定什么是重要的。然后开始解梦。特别要留意下面四类可能性。这四类是孕育
指导梦最常见到的。
1、 梦是关于问题认识的新的角度。梦没有回答问题，但给出了新的信息
。通过从不同的角度来看问题，你或许可以自己发现问题的答案。
2、 梦有预言性的。它展示了按照目前的趋向发展的可能结果。根据梦境
的提示，你可以知道这个结果是否是你想要的。如果不是，回去重新改变你的试验性的
决定。
3、 梦给出了明确的答案。我们大多希望如此，因为这非常直接明了。你
会发觉自己或者梦里的每个角色在展示答案，或者有人在你的梦里提供相关的建议。
4、 梦没有涉及你的问题。但它提醒你另外一个问题需要先行解决。有时
存在问题与问题之后。如果一个问题先予以解决，另一个问题的答案就会浮出水面。有
时候你的梦生活不是试图躲避回答，而是要在需要的时间给出。你得先解决紧要问题。
接下来你要审视这些梦的解释，“这是否是很好的建议？” 、“是否是高质量的指导
？”
1、是否非常附合我应该做的，还是勉强接受？
2、是否帮助我看到意识理解之上？是否延伸了我的看问题的思路？
3、是否合理？
4、梦中给出我的指导的那位是否是生活中我可以信赖的？
5、这种指导是否让我的生活更有希望？
6、指导是否会让我的思想更为平和？
7、我信赖的朋友是否同意我的解释？
从梦境中得到指导是一件有趣的冒险。梦的信息是关于你的日常生活梦讲出的和隐藏的
担忧。孕梦是非常简单直接的手段，也是训练我们灵异和直觉的好方法。凯西总是将通
灵的定义拓宽为：通灵是灵魂和灵性之力。你的梦生活有时会使用你的直觉能力来帮助
回答你的问题。灵异指导梦境的目的永远是从你的内心出得来信息来帮助你更幸福和有
创造了地生活---将灵性带入物质、将无限引入有限。

10. 2010年4月15日梦

一群人在聊天，有一个人先讲一句话，又有一个人讲，然后又是另外一个人再讲。然后
我就想引用第一个人的话。本来他的话我记得非常清楚的，也以为别人都记得。但重复
了几次第一个人的话，他们都不知道我在讲什么。于是每个人不等我回应，就连珠炮似
的问过来：谁讲的话？讲什么？他是谁？是你的同学？他的名字叫什么？等等。被他们
一连串的问题，我原记得很清楚的那个同学的原话都忘记了。于是很郁闷地向前走。

（简直是平常交流模式的缩影哟。重点在以为别人都记得，感觉是像他人在质问，然后
是乱了方寸，然后很郁闷）

走进一个课堂，看见一个老师对小孩说，你的手被压了，很痛，而且压你的手指的人应
该注意你的情绪，他和手指一样痛，应该被注意到。

（老师出来了，这是梦境里面的普遍的符号，象征着指导，而我变成了一个小孩，需要
注意听老师在说什么，我同时需要注意的是事件本身以及相关的情绪问题。）

在一个讲课开始前，我忽然觉得刚才的某件事非常生气，一拍桌子，就往外面走。要以
离开课堂的方式表达不满和生气。走到门口时才听到这次讲课人是××钟华，学哲学的
，我忽然觉得应该留下来听课。

推门走到外面就醒来了。

11. 10年5月19号的梦

身处另外一地方，另外一种文明，比我们的地球稍差一点，交通工具也稍显粗糙，但基
本上属于同一发展层次的文明。

徐经蕾（不是静蕾，但感觉上像是同一个人，因为梦里的这个人也比较知名）发文说文
明是一级一级传递的。

我在一个操场上行走，同行的我认识，好像是大学同学。他偶然用相机拍下的图片（拍
下的物体是地上的一个石片），图片为我远方的朋友同步发现，朋友立即通知我让我的
同学再回去仔细拍。我的同学对我关注地上的石片不以为然地走开了。但我注意到石片
果然有蹊跷，上面有三张纸是来自日本的，类似邮件上贴地址的那样纸片，很完整，印
刷清晰。

在我注意收起那个石片纸头的同时，看到空中远方又飞来一块石头，上面有闪光的观音
像。我开心极了，用相机公告大家，同时也知道这是在日本的特异功能人士用即时传递
的方法，将物体送到世界各地的。
