1 The information provided will be used by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority to assess your
suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied for and to determine
remuneration and benefits package to be discussed subject to selection for the position. Your
application will not be considered if you fail to provide all the information as requested or it is not
clear from your statements that you have the minimum qualifications, training, experience or other
requirements specified for the job.

香港金融管理局（金管局）會將申請人所提供的資料用作評估申請人是否適合擔任所申請職位
，以及在遴選後與申請人商討薪酬和福利條件。申請人如未能提供金管局所需的全部資料，或
如所提供的資料未能顯示申請人在資歷、培訓、工作經驗和其他方面符合有關職位的最低要求
，則其申請將不被考慮。

2 The personal data you provide by means of this form may be disclosed to government
departments/agencies authorised to process the information for purposes relating to appointment e.g.
employer reference and integrity checking.
如有需要，申請人所提供的個人資料可能會送交獲授權處理有關資料的政府部門及其他組織或
機構，用以進行與招聘工作及僱用有關的事宜，例如僱主推薦及操守審查等。

3 It is our policy to retain the personal data of unsuccessful applicants for future recruitment purpose for
a maximum of two years. If you do not wish them to be used for subsequent recruitment exercises,
please notify the recruitment officer by mail to 55/F., Two International Finance Centre, 8 Finance
Street, Central, Hong Kong.
金管局會將未獲取錄的申請人的個人資料保留為期最高兩年，作為日後招聘用途。申請人如不
欲其資料被用作日後招聘之用，請郵寄至香港中環金融街8號國際金融中心2期55樓通知招聘主
任。

4 You are required to notify the recruitment officer if there are any subsequent changes to the
information provided after submission of the application form.
提交申請書後，本申請書內所提供的資料如有任何更改時，申請人須通知招聘主任 。

5 For correction of or access to personal data after submission of the application form or enquiries on
recruitment matters, please contact the recruitment officer as specified in the vacancy advertisement.
