    EXTENSION OF CONTRACT
    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am NGUYỄN THANH BÌNH (ID: 90262). Date of birth: 09/01/1980. Rank: EE3.
    I am currently working on the MV INDIAN GOODWILL and joined on 17/04/2023.
    Term of the contract had period of employment 6 months (+/-1). It will be completed in
    October.
    In line with this, I would like to request for an extension with your company. The
    extension will require another 3 months to January 2024.
    Rest assured that there will be a continued improvement in the quality of service provided
    even with the extended time of the contract.
    Your approval to this extension of contract would be highly appreciated and would help
    me greatly in my profession.
