B. The reason for choosing Monday as the preferred day for the meeting is that person A
explicitly stated, “I would like to meet on Monday.” This indicates a clear preference for

Jawaban / Answer
I was born and raised in West Cilacap, specifically in Sidareja village. After graduating from
school, I did not immediately continue my education, nor did I work. I continue my parents’
business which has been built since 2000, namely a restaurant.
The restaurant I own is located in Sidareja, close to the terminal. I only choose one restaurant,
namely the Padang restaurant. There are many menus that I sell. When other people work a
lot in the office, and use computers, I’m at the restaurant cooking and serving customers.
I did many interesting things while at the restaurant. Every morning starting at 6 o’clock I
shop for restaurant needs, then after that I cook many menus with the help of my mother and
sister. We work together well and have fun.
I feel happy and comfortable when serving many customers. Not only serving, sometimes
customers and I chat a lot. I also learned a lot to be patient in dealing with various consumer
characteristics. This remains an interesting and enjoyable thing for me.

Discussion:
The structure of an email is very similar to writing a regular letter. It’s just that in an email
you don’t need to write the date and name of the recipient at the beginning of the letter as is
usually written in regular letter writing.

The following is the standard structure of an email :

1. Salutation – This section usually begins with the word “Dear” followed by the addressee's
name. If it is only addressed to a company or organization, write “Dear Sir/Madam”. If the
email is more formal, you can write it with "To Whom It May Concern"

2. Introduction/Opening - This section is usually used as a part to introduce yourself or


introduce a topic that will be discussed to make it easier for the recipient to understand the
contents of the email .

3. Body/Content/Email Body – This section contains the essence of the main problem which
is conveyed in detail.

4. Closing/Closing/Sign-off – This section is the closing which usually begins with thanks
and then ends with the final marker by adding the author's name. Several examples of these
endings, such as "Best Regards", Sincerely", Truly Yours", and "Regards" are often used as
greetings to end a letter in English.
