One Pot Pasta Recipe
Rich and creamy, this one­pot pasta is simple to
make and satisfying for the whole family.

ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil


1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Garlic Garlic​ Seasoning
add to cart
1 cup chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can artichokes, drained, rinsed and cut into bite­sized pieces
1 (8.5 oz.) jar julienne­cut sundried tomatoes
32 oz. (about 4 cups) chicken broth
1 lb. penne pasta
1 packet Artichoke & Spinach Sauce Mix
add to cart
1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
½ cup Greek cream cheese
4 cups spinach

directions
Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over cubed chicken, add to pan; cook 3 minutes. Add Garlic Garlic Seasoning
and chopped onion to the pan; flip chicken pieces to cook on other side. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add artichokes and sundried tomatoes (including
juice) and chicken broth. Bring to a bubbling boil (about 3­5 minutes). Stir in pasta. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in shredded cheese, Greek cream cheese and Artichoke & Spinach Sauce Mix. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add spinach;
mixing it into the pasta. Cook for another 5 minutes or until spinach wilts. Serve immediately.
