How to pay Ground Rent?

1. Go to website http://nitnagpur.org
2. Click on “Pay Online” link
3. Enter “Demand Note ID”
4. Click on Submit Button (wait patiently it will took a while for the data to appear)
5. Click on “View Demand” in order to verify whether it is a correct demand note bearing your
name
6. Click on “I have verified the Demand” then Enter Mobile Number, e-Mail-ID and CAPTCHA
7. Click on Submit Button
8. It will take you to the Payment Gateway Interface for the payment of demand note.

If you did not have a Demand Note ID with you then follow the below mentioned step-by-step
instructions:-

1. Go to website http://nitnagpur.org
2. Click on “Pay Online” link
3. You will find a link “Note : In case you didn't have the Demand Note ID for the Payment of Ground Rent "Click
Here"” click on the link and it will lead you to the page where you have to provide Account ID. So

from where can you get the Account ID? If you have with you any old Ground Rent Demand
Note from NIT then on the upper right corner you will find the “Account ID”.
4. Enter the Account ID and click on the “Submit” button (wait patiently it will took a while for the
data to appear)
5. Click on the “Pay Now” Button
6. It will took you to the “Pay Online” page
7. Click on “View Demand” link in order to verify whether it is a correct demand note bearing your
name
8. Click on “I have verified the Demand” then Enter Mobile Number, e-Mail-ID and CAPTCHA
9. Click on Submit Button
10. It will take you to the Payment Gateway Interface for the payment of demand note.
