Instructions/Advisory for Examinees

It is mandated that candidates/examinees strictly adhere to stipulated guidelines and procedures for Social
Distancing and hygiene to ensure their own safety & health and that of their fellow candidates/examinees.

(A) Instructions to Candidates:

1. Reach the Test Centre as per the Reporting/Entry time stated on your Admit Card. Wait in a
queue for entry maintaining social distance. Any violation of this can debar you from entry. After
ending of the reporting time, NO candidate/examinee will allow entry in the center.

2. Seating plan with room number is printed on your admit card. Make a note of it. Seating plan will
not be displayed at the Test Centre to avoid crowding.

3. Admit Card, valid ID proof (in hard copies) will be checked at the entry point. No entry will allow
without the admit card and vaild ID proof.

4. As per the JLPT rule and policy alternative day and time can’t be assigned for JLPT
December-2023 examination to disallowed candidates.

5. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before end time of examination.

6. You may use the Test center toilet before entering in the Test room. Going to toilet during the
Test time is not allowed.

7. Mobile, Calculator, Electronic gadget and Eatables are not allowed inside the Centre. There is no
provision for storage of not permitted items.

8. Please note “MOSAI, New Delhi” will not be responsible for any loss of examinees belongings
kept outside the Test Room if brought by examinees, in spite of our instructions to avoid not
permitted items.

9. There is no parking space at the Test Centre. To stopping or parking of personal vehicle is strictly
not allowed in front of entry or exit gates. It is advisable to use public transport.

10. Candidates should strictly follow the instructions provided by the exam centre staff.

(B) Candidates must carry the followings on the exam day:

1 Hard copy of the Admit Card & valid ID proof. (No Duplicate admit card will issued at center)

2 HB pencil with eraser and sharpener.
