This blog update is to really showcase the work I have been doing and the pictures, clips, and

interviews
that I took for my Capstone. I think it’s really coming together, and I have recently started to finally edit
and bring everything in my video diary together. I have been starting to consider a short audio message
at the start of the video explaining the reasoning behind this capstone choice and the impact and
importance of all the people in my life. This capstone has allowed me to analyze my life journey in an
approximate 15-20 minutes. By the end of the week, I will not be able to finish editing especially
because I have a tournament. So, I will need to properly manage my time and efficiently decide where
every clip, highlight and informational audio piece gathered from people will go. The two main core
competencies I have highlighted this week is Communication and Personal Awareness & Responsibility.
This is because I will need to be able to clearly communicate the content of the video efficiently so
viewers can interpret what I mean by certain clips and the purpose of pictures I have placed in the video.
Currently, the only challenges I will face is exporting certain video clips because of its length/duration.
However, I think that can be countered with time and probably decreasing the resolution of some video
clips. This can all be done swiftly if I put my all into it. I hope to submit a good rough copy of the final
video and get clips from the winter wonderland pep rally and the winter formal dance to add on to the
video. I may need to talk to my friend Oren (she has background in Video Production and editing
techniques) to help me come up with cool edits to use and how to incorporate music into the video at
the right time.
I will most definitely be bleeping some of these clips as profanity is used
