Q.1 What is your Area of interest?


Ans My area of interest is in manufacturing line. It is because I had a greater
experience in the working of manufacturing field line. The area of interest occur
in me because my father had its own manufacturing industry. It was also a
greater opportunity to me of easily become a part of working field line and get a
proper guidance about the way of manufacturing, its process to see how the
quile man has to start and how it ends with the carrier man, its packaging at
what time is it perfect to remove the copper from the machine for packaging, to
where they use to go for transferring the material, how they use to deal with
them about the quantity of material. A huge time to see the transaction
happened. Dealings happen in the offices to get a daily update of which cost of
what product has been increase day by day.

Q.2 What is my purpose to do after my graduation degree?


Ans After my graduation degree my plan is to do a Master’s degree in
marketing with a reputed college/University with the degree, I would also like
to pursue 1-2 internship to properly get the experience of my course. After this I
want to do a job in a proper Marketing company so that I should know about the
work under a senior departmental head, After all this my second step Is my area
of interest. As my area of interest is in manufacturing line, so one of my steps is
to get more and more details about it as, I was the part of it while my business
project and what product is in demand in the need what I want to do later when
I start my business.

Manufacturing field manager Job description:
The manufacturing manager is for the product planning and execution
throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product
and customer requirement, also determine the product vision, should also
working closely with the engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure
manufacturing and customer satisfaction. It should also support the employers,
employee and should takes sometimes the methods to increase the revenue or
sale of business.

Business development manager job description:


Business development can be summarized as the ideas, initiatives and activities
aimed towards making a business better. This includes increasing revenues,
growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building
strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decision. Its job is to
identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new client and maintain a good
working relationship with new contacts.

Marketing manager job description:


The Marketing manager strategically develops and implement the company’s
global advertising, marketing and communications programs regarding its
highly technical services, in order to build brand awareness and increase sales.

level of safety and customer satisfaction. This includes acquiring resources and
coordinating the efforts of team members and subcontractor in order to deliver
project according to plan and budget. The Project manager will also define the
project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle in
coordination with the design team. The Project Manager will also work closely
with the executive team to ensure timely and quality competition of
construction process and strategies for the acquisition of new work.
HR Assistant manager job description:
A Human Resource (HR) Assistant is a certified professional who handles the
daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR manager
with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide
clerical support to all employees. It should also display remarkable conflicts
management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee
relationships, staffing management and benefits administration.
