I have known the applicant since 2019, when he began his study in Petroleum Engineering
department at Al-Azhar University. As an Assistant lecturer, I have had the opportunity to
interact with the applicant for a significant period.

potential, as well as their engagement with the field of petroleum engineering. Through their
coursework, research projects and assignments, he has demonstrated a strong understanding
