5 Easy Steps
STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR DESIRE
Write down a desire you want to manifest. Get clear and specific on your
desire.
Money Example:
Get specific on the amount you want to manifest. For example, let’s say you
want to manifest money. Instead of saying I want to manifest money. Write
down, I want to manifest $5000.
We don’t attract what we want (our desire); we attract who we are. In other
words, we attract our emotional energy.
For instance, if our desire is supported by positive emotions of love, joy, and
bliss, we’ll attract positive situations, people, and things into our life. If our
desires are backed by lower vibrational feelings of resentment, anger, and
envy. We’ll attract situations of the same vibration.
So sit for a minute, calm your body, take a few long breaths, and imagine
yourself having your desire. How would your desire make you feel if you had
it today in this present moment?

free
safe
secure
happy
relieved
proud
overjoyed
abundant
In this step, we’ll begin to imagine, expand, and build out our desire using
creative visualization. Start with your desire and emotional intention and
begin to paint a picture.
The clearer your visualization is and the clearer you are on how you feel, the
better. Questions to ask yourself when starting the process: How do you
feel? How are you living? What are you doing?
Build the picture and jot down notes on the worksheet so you can reflect on
it.
In this step, write down the next 1 to 3 steps you want to take to call in your
desire.
Do you need to make a phone call? Set up a bank account? Build a manifes-
tation practice? Etc. And begin to take inspired action tomorrow.
The last step goes hand-in-hand with Step 3: Living in the end.
The idea behind manifestation work is we are “acting as if” our desires are
already here. Naturally, when our desires come in, we are thankful and
happy. In this step, we want to cultivate feelings of gratitude today, in the
present moment.
You can start a gratitude practice and add in feelings of gratitude with the
“living in the end” exercise, or you can start a gratitude journal. However,
you want to cultivate gratitude but practice some form of gratitude.
If you are having trouble feeling thankful, start by thanking yourself for
taking this step and learning and reading about manifestation. You are
already taking inspired action right now!
