(₱271,300.41) OPERATIVE PROVIDED THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT ALL THE
REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN THE COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE
ON APPROPRIATION OF THEIR BARANGAY.

2. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 01 FOR C.Y. 2019 OF BARANGAY LANNIG AMOUNTING NINETY THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS & 20/100 (₱90,111.20) OPERATIVE PROVIDED
THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN THE
COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATION OF THEIR
BARANGAY

3. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 01 FOR C.Y. 2019 OF BARANGAY PADUL AMOUNTING FOUR HUNDRED
THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN PESOS & 88/100
(₱436,867.88) OPERATIVE PROVIDED THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT ALL THE
REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN THE COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE
ON APPROPRIATION OF THEIR BARANGAY

4. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 01 FOR C.Y. 2019 OF BARANGAY DASSUN AMOUNTING EIGHT HUNDRED
SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY SEVENTY PESOS & 89/100
(₱868,447.89) OPERATIVE PROVIDED THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT ALL THE
REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN THE COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE
ON APPROPRIATION OF THEIR BARANGAY

5. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 01 FOR C.Y. 2019 OF BARANGAY IRAGA AMOUNTING TWO HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED ONE PESOS & 75/100
(₱277,301.75) OPERATIVE PROVIDED THAT THEY WILL SUBMIT ALL THE
REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN THE COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE
ON APPROPRIATION OF THEIR BARANGAY

Findings: The above-mentioned Supplemental Budgets were technically reviewed by the Local
Finance Committee and Favorably indorsed to the Sangguniang Bayan of Solana. The committee
on appropriation concurred with the recommendations of the Local Finance Committee,
however, the members of the committee observed that the above-mentioned barangay allocated a
lumpsum appropriations under Travelling expenses and other MOOE

Recommendation: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the committee respectfully

recommends that the said supplemental budgets of the above-mentioned barangays be declared
operative provided that a copy of the itemized expenditures under the account other MOOE and
Travelling Expense be submitted to the office of the Sangguniang Bayan.
