Meeting for promotion of Assistant Engineers to the Post of Assistant Executive Engineer for the year 2023, considering the anticipated vacancies up to December 2023, was to be completed by the end of December 2022, which is not done yet. Due to delay in the process a good number of eligible Diploma Engineers also retire from their Service without getting promotion. (v) As such, the above issues are creating a large scale of discontentment among the aspirant Diploma Engineers discharging their duties shouldering all sorts of responsibilty of developmental works of the Government. Therefore, | request your good self and hope, that appropriate actions shall be taken from your highest office for issue of the detail posting order of the left out empanelled Assistant Engineers for the post of Assistant Executive Engineers of the last D.P.C.held on 19.04.2022 and to conduct fresh D.P.C. at the earliest keeping due honour to the letter circulated by the GA&PG Department for timely holding of the same, vide Letter No.-29803/GA, dated 20.10.2022 (Copy enclosed), considering the anticipated vacancies up to December 2023/ December 2024 and for which we shall remain ever grateful to you.
