1. Establish a written procedure to control raw
materials and/or merchandise trading material
which include the process of:

i. Purchasing
ii. Receiving
iii. Storage

RAW MATERIAL CONTROL
2. Raw Material Masterlist
The list shall contain:

a) Name of raw materials


b) Scientific name/coding/trade name
c) Source of raw materials
d) Name & address of the raw material manufacturer
e) Information on declaration status of raw materials to the
competent authorities
f) Halal certificate information on raw materials (certification body &
expiry date)
g) Supporting document for raw materials with no halal certificate
must be provided as a proof of raw materials sources
h) Notes
