We would like to get your approval for the below:

I. Background:
- Mr. Tran Thanh Hau – 106834
- Joining date: 26/05/2021
- Current position: Specialist – Technical service
- Department: Technical Service and Maintenance

II. Proposal:
We would like to increase 30 % from current salary.

III. Reason:
Have graduated university about Paper field, and he work SGP from 2021 to now.
Start at Staff position with the low beginning salary from May-2021.
Not be considered the annual salary increasing in Apr-2022 according to the company's annual salary
increase policy (less than 12 months of work).
Promoted to Specialist and increase 30% from the beginning salary from Sep-2022.
Not be considered the annual salary increasing in Apr-2023 according to the company's annual salary
increase policy (less than 12 months of the last salary increasing).
It means that he only received a 30% salary increase thanks to his promotion from May 2021 to now (02
years 07 months).
Currently, he is the main person in charge R&D for IP and tissue including chemical trial, spare part trial,
quality improvement and saving cost, and support R&D spare part of maintenance occasionally. Besides
purchasing spare part for usual placement.
Has a good knowledge base, is smart and quickly catches up with job requirements.
Work hard, accuracy and effective.
