We would like to get your approval for the below:

I. Background:
- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ngan – 105070
- Joining date: 20/06/2018
- Current position: Specialist – Technical service
- Department: Technical Service and Maintenance

II. Proposal:
We would like to increase 20 % from current salary.

III. Reason:
Have graduated university about Paper field, and she work SGP from 2018 to now.
Currently, she is in charge R&D for converting and IP including chemical trial, spare part trial, quality
improvement and saving cost. Besides purchasing spare part for usual placement, support R&D spare part
of maintenance and application for environment.
She is smart, works efficiently and accurately, has good analytical ability and can take on complex multi-
tasks, working as an assistant for reviewing the purchasing application.
