Role: Human Resource:
Partner with Business Leaders within the organization to track the hiring needs of their business.
Own end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from headcount/position approval & initiate the hiring
process till onboarding
Ensure and enable recruitment strategies are aligned to annual business goals & enable a robust talent assessment process
that would act as a bar raiser for hiring talent.
Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel & ensure continuous tracking through various reports & dashboards.
Enhance and own candidate experience for the hiring process, build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in a timely
manner, Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment & selection process are adhered to including cost-effective sourcing &
screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks & offers.
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
