EXCERPTS:
I. The meeting started with a prayer led by Ptr. Ruben A. Agustin, School PTA President
II. Mrs. Elizabeth P. Blanco, Grade II teacher and School PTA’s Committee on External &
Community Affairs welcomed the participants and introduced the staff and teachers of
the
school.

III. Mrs. Mary Jean C. Rico, Grade VI teacher and School Teachers Association President
greeted and reminded the participants that it is very important as parents and guardians to
attend the PTA General Assembly because they play a vital role in the education of the
children under the face-to-face education. Through this PTA General Assembly, the school
must have a link to the community especially to the parents and guardians to achieve the goal
set by the Department of Education.
IV. Mrs. Fortunata A. Sacro, School Principal I, discussed the following agenda:

1. Guidelines in the implementation of progressive face to face learning modality.

Guideless in the implementation of progressive face-to-face learning modality for the
next school year were also taken up following the IATF protocols and standards.

2. Feedbacks on the implementation of PMDL. Feedbacking was done on the conduct of

the PMDL..
 3. PTA Programs and other activities- Parents were updated on PTA Programs and
activities. Mrs. Sacro kept on reminding them to be updated through the schools facebook
page and group chats created by advisers.

4. Update on the number of vaccinated and unvaccinated pupils of Evangelista Elementary

School- Parents were reminded to have their children be vaccinated and the importance
of vaccination for their safety.

5. Other matters were also taken up such as shared responsibility in the reading
development of learners, and their attendance on the next school year.

No other matters to talk. The meeting ended 11:00 AM
