 Electronic mail. Refers to the way of sending message by means of computer the
message are send from one computer to another email uses multiple protocol with TCP/IP suite
while traditional mail is the means of sending message which physical pass were by message is
send from one point to the other inform of package. The following are the advantage of sending
message by use of email compared to traditional mail

i. It is cheap to send massage by using email compared to tradition mail. The cost of
sending massages in email is the same regardless the number of people you’re
sending too while the use of traditional mail require cost on printing and
transferring it to destination point.
ii. Email is fast way to communicate such as it may take a second to reach the
destination point compared to traditional mail which take more time on printing
also caring the package to the destination point hence it takes much time.
iii. Email it is convenient compared to traditional mail .Such as the same massage can
be send to many people at the same time so the massage will remain in inbox until
the recipients read it.
iv. Email save space compared to traditional mail. Using of email instead of
traditional mail can save space in material used for example if you opt to receive
bills via email instead of traditional mail you don’t have as much paper on
material in your space.
v. Email is accessible compared to traditional mail. This is due to you can often use
many devices to access the same email which can make easy to access from many
places such as you may check email on both your phone and computer.
vi. Email is a eco-friendly compared to traditional mail. This is due to the email
reduces the needs of using papers and other mailing material this results to
reduction of production of waste material .
