Introduction

The Barangay Mabuhay’s Council has been actively working towards the improvement of the
community through various programs and projects. This report will provide an overview of the
accomplishments achieved during the month of MARCH.

Administrative Accomplishments

During this month of Month, the Barangay Council had 2 regular sessions on the 1 st and 15th day .
Additionally, the Barangay conducted its first semester Barangay Assembly Meeting last March
25th ,which was attended by the residents and guests from the municipal Police Department and a
representative from a religious sector group to tackle the KASIMBAYANAN program. The Barangay
also started the ten (10) days cash for work activity for TUPAD beneficiaries.

Health Services Accomplishments

The Barangay Health Center provided various health services during the month. The center served a
total of 26 patients, including prenatal consultations, post natal examinations, and immunizations.
The Barangay also aims to conduct health seminars to educate residents on various health-related
topics.

Infrastructure and Environmental Accomplishments

The Barangay conducted maintenance and rehabilitation works during the month, including road
clearing, drainage cleaning, and sidewalk clearing. The Barangay is trying to pursue implementing an
ordinance for solid waste management programs, including garbage segregation, and disposal.

Social Services Accomplishments

The Barangay BCPC , is still in the process of setting their quarterly meeting to plan an activity for the
children within the barangay.

Financial Accomplishments

The Barangay funds were utilized effectively during the month for salaries and wages, maintenance
and operating expenses, and other projects.

The council unanimously approved passing resolutions to utilize the allocated fund from the 20%
EDF for the rehabilitation projects of Barangay Multi-purpose Hall, Health Center , Day Care Center
and in constructing a new barangay water system reservoir.

Conclusion

The Barangay Mabuhay Council has accomplished significant progress in enhancing the community’s
welfare during the month of March. The Barangay officials and staff will continue to work towards
achieving its goals and objectives in the coming months.
