Margery Hair Accessories Fashion is producing hair accessories items that can be used
by girls and women. Our product will be developed for our girls and women who are
fond of hair accessories such as Hair Scrunchies.

Product Description
Hair accessories or Hair Scrunchies will be made of fabric. This type of fabric is Satin
Silk. Before choosing this fabric I did a lot of research to study the best quality for my
customer. Through the time I have been searching and testing the quality of fabric I
decided to choose Satin Silk for my product. The satin silk has its uniqueness to the
finished product. It is comfortable for the skin and not itchy because it is smooth to the
skin. Satin Silk can give a great silhouette and glossy to the product.
 II. PRICING

In giving price to my product I will base it on its raw materials, machine, labor, and other
expenses that are used. Customers can purchase the product depending on what size,
color, and design they like, and the price only differs from its size. My product pricing
will differ from its size, they can buy products by their sizes, we have small, medium,
large, and large or extra-large.

IV. PLACE
Margery Hair Accessories Fashion is a small company run out of the owner's home. With
only a few staff, this turned into a home-based firm. Because this is a new company, I can
only count on the operational support of my friends and family. Buyers may purchase our
product at the home where my business is located.

According to my research, an e-commerce store's statistics are rapidly increasing. In

2019, it is anticipated that there will be 1.92 billion digital buyers, accounting for 14.1
 percent of all retail purchases worldwide. The following numbers should not surprise us,
given the rapid growth of online buying in general. E-commerce retail sales are predicted
to increase from 14.1 percent to 22 percent by 2023.

I'll try to sell my product online as a new entrepreneur. I'm perfectly aware that selling
items through social media has a lot of competition, but there's no harm in trying.
Furthermore, despite the downsides of no physical touch between me/my goods and the
buyer, we as a new business may benefit from online shopping's automated processes and
resource sharing, which may assist our store's growth.

Margery's is a small and home base business. In manufacturing our products, 4 people
only doing the business.

VI. PROCESS

What Is the Process for Shipping Over the Online?

In an online fulfillment supply chain, shipping and delivery are two of the most important
components. It may be a crucial component of the whole system. Without it, supply chain
management as a whole becomes a shambles. Because the primary goal of an online
business is to deliver products to customers in a fast and effective manner, there are
several eCommerce shipping best practices to follow.

STEP 1: Order processing

Order processing refers to a series of activities that are required to complete a

customer's order. Every purchase has a unique order number and tracking ID for
the item that will be delivered. Different teams are responsible for different
aspects of the order processing. The inventory is updated, the purchase order is
closed, and the duties are assigned to the packaging and delivery team.

STEP 2: Place an order for packaging

Instructions
 01. Gather Materials
You can use either knit braidedded elastic
- either will work for a scrunchie.
Light- to medium-weight woven fabrics
are easiest to work with for beginners -
quilting cotton is ideal. For a different
feeling, try a lightweight stretch velvet or
velour as shown above, but pay attention
to the nap of the fabric.
Note: Avoid silky, slippery fabric as it
tends to slide out of the hair. If you choose long way. Measure and cut from the fold
this type of fabric to match an outfit, use
another type of ponytail holder under the
scrunchie to keep it from sliding.
03. Sew the Main Scrunchie Tube
Fold the 3" x 22" strip in half right sides
together, matching the long sides, right

short end, matching the raw edges. Using
a 1/4" seam allowance, sew across the
short end where the elastic is pinned, pivot
at the corner, then sew down the long

the stitching from coming apart as the
elastic pulls.
02. Cut and Press the Pieces
Cut an 8" long piece of elastic.
Using a rotary cutter (or fabric scissors),
cut a 3" x 22" strip of fabric. Press each of
the 3" wide ends under 1/4" with wrong
sides together, to form a crease for the
final stitching.
If you want to add an optional decorative
tie on the scrunchie, cut a 3" x 8" strip of
matching fabric, then fold it in half the
to 1 1/2" in from the non-folded edge to
form a point at each end.
04. Turn the Scrunchie Right Side
Out
Attach a safety pin to the loose end of the
elastic. Turn the tube right side out from
the open end, using a chopstick, the blunt
end of a pen or pencil, or a tube turner if
you have one, and pull the safety-pinned
end of the elastic out the open end.
You can either hold onto the end of the
elastic when turning (the safety pin makes
it easier) or attach it to a secure surface
(by pinning it to an ironing board cover)
as you turn the fabric right-side-out.

turn the tube, first turn the tube right-side-

05. Attach Elastic Ends Together
Sew the loose end of the elastic to the
closed end of the scrunchie as shown,
sewing back and forth across the elastic.
Remove the safety pin if you haven't
already, and refold the open end of the
scrunchie to the inside along the fold line.
07. Sew the Extra Tie Piece
This part of the scrunchie is optional, but
it adds a fun detail.
Fold the 8" strip with pointed ends in half,
out and then use the safety pin to guide the
elastic through the scrunchie. Then push
the fabric down as you go.
06. Close the Gap to Cover the
Elastic
Straighten the fabric to make sure the
seam is in the same position around the
scrunchie.
Slip the open end of the scrunchie over the
end with the exposed elastic and sew
straight across, backstitching at beginning
and end.
The thread doesn't match in these photos
so you can see the stitching better, but you
should use matching thread throughout the
project.
08. Add the Tie to Your Scrunchie
Tie the extra piece around the scrunchie
on the seam where the elastic meets. A
tight single knot holds well enough. This
piece acts as a playful decoration, as well
