弁言 Preamble
鑑於對防止秘密及有欺詐成分的物業轉易,以及對提供容易追溯和確 Whereas it is expedient to prevent secret and fraudulent conveyances, and

1. 簡稱 1. Short title
本條例可引稱為《土地註冊條例》。 This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Registration Ordinance.

1A. 釋義 1A. Interpretation


在本條例中,除文意另有所指外 —— In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires—
