BRIGADA ESKWELA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Education is a powerful force for promoting opportunity and growth. It is the social institution
through which society provides its associates with valuable knowledge, fundamental facts, job skills, and
cultural norms and values.
Indeed, school provides a planned education and develop a child’s psychological and mental growth.
Aside from learning academics, a child will also learn other important life skills, such as good manners,
creative teamwork, equitable sharing, humane unity, and personal obligation. School plays a meaningful role
in a child’s education. It is the main guide that educates a learner. In school, the learner is shaped and molded
to become a better individual. Thus, to accomplish this, it would need dedicated school personnel,
cooperative parents, an accountable community, and passionate and innovative learners.
Furthermore, educators and all others concerned believe that the environment plays an important and
influential role in the learning process of each learner. And so, if classrooms and learning environment are
not conducive to learning because of poor physical conditions and defective school facilities, among others,
education is hindered, and cannot be maximized to its full potential.
Stakeholders play a significant role in helping schools’ function efficiently and effectively. They are
partners of school leaders in making and ensuring that the school is conducive to the teaching and learning
process. They are also responsible for the achievement of learning outcomes through their active
participation in school programs, activities, and projects. Therefore, the school needs sustenance from the
government and any other stakeholders to support on this endeavor.
Hence, the following are the humble accomplishments of Parang Elementary School. First, the
repaired roofing of the RP-US building thru the Local School Board Funds. Next, the installation of glass
door and roll-up of the Home Economics building from donations. Finally, the renovation of the pergolas
thru the unending support of the three services barangays, namely Brgy. 27, Duripes, Brgy. 22, Bani and
Brgy. 26, Teppang.
According to Sir Ken Robinson Ph.D. “Most great learning happens in groups. Collaboration is the
stuff of growth.” Indeed, helping one another leads to success.
