16 2. Regulation of power to the heater shall use complete full cycles of mains power rather than chopped cycles. Switching ON and OFF shall be
17 done at the zero voltage crossover points of the mains complete full cycles. Vendor shall advise the impact to power system during
18 switching in particularly when big heater load is provided.
19 3. VENDOR to provide auto/manual selector switch on HCP to facilitate manual override control of the thyristor via local potentiometer inside
20 HCP.
21 4. Incoming ACB or MCCB for the HCP shall interlock with panel door.
22 5. Incoming CB shall be 3-pole. The selectivity category for the incoming CB (if rated 800A and above) as defined in IEC 60947-2 shall be
23 category B. CB shall be padlockable in the "Off" position.
24 For CB feeding electrical heater, CB selectivity category shall be category A.
25 6. Contactors shall comply with IEC 60947-4-1 and rated for both uninterrupted duty and interminttent duty. The utilisation category for AC

27 7. General purpose fuse links shall be type gG and comply with IEC 60269. Fuses shall be screened from each other and arranged so that they
28 can safely removed.
29 8. CB shall have a rated short-circuit making and service breaking capacity in conformity with the prospective short circuit current as specified
30 in the datasheet.
31 9. The input signal shall be galvanically separated from the driver unit and its power supply.
32 10. PCS shall have the option to control and monitor the HCP via 4-20 mA from PCS. Status can be Modbus TCP/IP communication links.

41 terminal. Facilities shall be provided for clamping the cables where these enter the enclosure.
42 15. The enclosure shall have 3 separate compartments (incoming supply, power control, and measurment and control).
43 16. The HCP shall be able to provide 10% margin performance design at nominal voltage and frequency.
44 17.Thyristor shall be effectively protected against overload, e.g. by means of ultrarapid fuses.
45 18. A ramp unit shall be provided in order to protect the heater or power system from damage that could occur as a result of electrical,
46 mechanical and thermal shock caused by direct full load switching.
47 19. Vendor to advise Purchaser on the harmonic content during low loading or worst case condition. Vendor shall guarantee the nominal
48 harmonic generation across all values would not exceed 5%.

16 2. Regulation of power to the heater shall use complete full cycles of mains power rather than chopped cycles. Switching ON and OFF shall be
17 done at the zero voltage crossover points of the mains complete full cycles. Vendor shall advise the impact to power system during
18 switching in particularly when big heater load is provided.
19 3. VENDOR to provide auto/manual selector switch on HCP to facilitate manual override control of the thyristor via local potentiometer inside
20 HCP.
21 4. Incoming ACB or MCCB for the HCP shall interlock with panel door.
22 5. Incoming CB shall be 3-pole. The selectivity category for the incoming CB (if rated 800A and above) as defined in IEC 60947-2 shall be
23 category B. CB shall be padlockable in the "Off" position.
24 For CB feeding electrical heater, CB selectivity category shall be category A.
25 6. Contactors shall comply with IEC 60947-4-1 and rated for both uninterrupted duty and interminttent duty. The utilisation category for AC
26 contactors shall be AC-1. VENDOR shall advice on the Contactor intermittent duty class for Purchaser review and approval.
27 7. General purpose fuse links shall be type gG and comply with IEC 60269. Fuses shall be screened from each other and arranged so that they
28 can safely removed.
29 8. CB shall have a rated short-circuit making and service breaking capacity in conformity with the prospective short circuit current as specified
30 in the datasheet.
31 9. The input signal shall be galvanically separated from the driver unit and its power supply.
32 10. PCS shall have the option to control and monitor the HCP via 4-20 mA from PCS. Status can be Modbus TCP/IP communication links.

34 11. Anti-condensation heating shall be provided inside the assembly and it shall be supplied from a separate source. The heating system shall
35 be switched for isolation purpose by means of MCB in combination with an earth leakage protecting device of 30mA sensitivity.
36 12. Size and armour type (SWA or AWA) for incoming power cable to the HCP shall be confirm upon confirmation of Heater power from
37 Vendor data.
38 13. In the event of internal fault in one of the compartments, the damage shalll be confined to that compartment. Other compartments shall
39 remain fit for further service.
40 14. The terminals for the power cable shall be located so that a free space of at least 400mm remains between the gland plate and the lowest
41 terminal. Facilities shall be provided for clamping the cables where these enter the enclosure.
42 15. The enclosure shall have 3 separate compartments (incoming supply, power control, and measurment and control).
43 16. The HCP shall be able to provide 10% margin performance design at nominal voltage and frequency.
44 17.Thyristor shall be effectively protected against overload, e.g. by means of ultrarapid fuses.
45 18. A ramp unit shall be provided in order to protect the heater or power system from damage that could occur as a result of electrical,
46 mechanical and thermal shock caused by direct full load switching.
47 19. Vendor to advise Purchaser on the harmonic content during low loading or worst case condition. Vendor shall guarantee the nominal
48 harmonic generation across all values would not exceed 5%.

1. GENERAL
This requisition covers the noise limits of the equipment, given below.

2. NOISE LIMITS TO BE MET BY THE EQUIPMENT


The noise generated by the equipment shall not exceed the more stringent of the noise limits given in the table below, for
any of the conditions of operation for which the equipment may normally be expected to be used.
Lp is the maximum sound pressure level, in dB re 20 µPa, for the mode of operation indicated at any location at 1 m from
the equipment surface or operator position, if specified..
Lw is the maximum sound power level, in dB re 1 pW, for the mode of operation indicated.
If the equipment generates noise with tonal or impulsive components, the limits shall be taken 5 dB(A) more stringent.
Noise levels will be verified according to the following standards: ISO 3740 series, ISO 11200 series or ISO 9614.

3. INFORMATION TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE TENDER


This noise data sheet shall be returned with the tender and with guaranteed noise data filled in.

6 1.0 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
7 1. This datasheet defines the minimum process requirements for the fuel gas package 1A-6200 on the LLCPP Platform.
8 2. The fuel gas package shall be a single package and shall be integrated into the overall platform design.
9 3. Vendor shall provide performance guarantee on both process and mechanical performance of the equipment supplied within the
10 scope of the supply of the fuel gas skid. Refer to Section 8.0 for the details of required performance guarantee.

12 2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY
13 The fuel gas package system shall comprise of the key components/ equipment as a minimum:
14 • 1 x 100% Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210)
15 • 2 x 100% Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B)
16 • 2 x 100% Fuel Gas Heaters (1H-6230A/B)
17 • 1 x 100% Start-Fuel Gas Preheater (1H-6240)
18 • Heater Control panel for Fuel Gas Heaters and Start Fuel Gas Preheater
19 • All control and safety devices which include but not limited to pressure control valve (PCV) , shutdown valve (SDV), blowdown valve (BDV)
20 and pressure safety valve (PSV) as required by facilities inside the skid.
21 • All instrument which include pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters and level transmitters.

24 3.0 PROCESS DESCRIPTION
25 1. The fuel gas system supplies HP superheated fuel gas to the Gas Turbine Generators at LLCPP platform. The system also supplies low
26 pressure fuel gas as pilot gas/ignition gas for flare ignition package and as primary purge gas for the HP/LP flare headers.
27 2. There are three (3) sources of fuel gas as feed gas to the Fuel Gas package :-
28 i - Primary fuel gas source (during normal operation) - Gas from downstream Dry Gas / Lean Glycol Heat Exchanger (1E-4515/4525)
29 ii - Secondary fuel gas source (as back-up/start-up) - From export piping / pipeline with alternative to tap from Inlet Separator Gas
30 Outlet (1V-4110/4115).
31 3. The feed fuel gas pressure will be let down via 2x100% pressure control valve upstream of the Fuel Gas Scrubber to 40 barg.
32 Fuel Gas Scrubber is provided to knock-out any potential liquid formed associated to pressure letdown. The liquid that is knocked out from
33 Fuel Gas Scrubber is disposed to Closed Drain Vessel through on/off level actuated valve and restriction orifice.
34 4. The fuel gas at gas outlet of Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210) is then routed to Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B) to remove any fine liquid
35 droplets and particles that may be carried over from the Fuel Gas Scrubber 1V-6210.
36 5. Fuel Gas Heaters are provided to give 30⁰C with respect to the Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210) gas outlet temperature.
37 6. For start-up the supply gas from the gas outlet of Inlet Separator is 120 barg and will be sent to Start-Fuel Gas Preheater for preheating.
38 The pressure of the preheated gas will be reduced to 40 barg by Pressure Control Valve before sending to Fuel Gas Scrubber.

36 6.0 SPECIFIC DESIGN REQUIREMENT
37 FG package design shall be according to Process Sizing Criteria - 10008-STD-6-PRO-002-R01 Section 7.2.3.1. Any deviation from
38 COMPANY specification should be highlighted by vendor and needs COMPANY review and approval.
39 The package shall be designed for Not Normally Manned (NNM) operation and control.
40 6.1 Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210)
41 1. The scrubber shall be a two-phase vertical separator with wiremesh demister. The inlet nozzle shall be equipped with half open pipe as inlet
42 device. The liquid outlet shall be equipped with vortex breaker. 20% margin on flow should be considered for scrubber sizing.
43 2. The scrubber shall be capable of removing 99% of liquid droplets of up to 10 microns and liquid entrainment not more than 0.1 USG/MMScf.

56 8. GTG will start switchover when scrubber pressure drops at 33 barg to 23 barg, hence scrubber to be sized with 6.5 m3 buffer volume on gas
57 phase above LAHH to cater GTG switchover with 30 second.
58 6.2 Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B)
59 1. Total design flowrate of filter coalescers shall not consider any design margin on normal operating flowrate.

61 3. The filter coalescer shall separation efficiency of: 100% efficiency for solids removal for 3 micron size and above, 100% efficiency for liquid

29 1. The line sizing within the Fuel Gas Package shall comply to Process Sizing Criteria 10008-STD-6-PRO-002-R01.
30 2. Emergency depressurization requirement to comply with Relief, Vent, Flare and Blowdown 10008-STD-6-PRO-004-R00.
31 3. Pressure relief / blowdown from the Fuel Gas Package shall be collected in a single header and will be connected to LLCPP HP flare header.
32 4. The liquid from Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210) and Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B) to be routed to Closed Drain Vessel.
33 5. Material of construction for all equipment and piping shall comply with NACE MR0175 /ISO 15156 requirements.
34 6. All flare and drain within the package boundary shall be collected and manifolded into single tie-in connection at the package boundary limit.
35 7. The HMBs and PIDs provided in this PDS serves as preliminary reference to vendor. Vendor to update the PIDs and HMBs based Vendor's
36 design. The HMB should include LHV, HHV and Wobbe index.
37 8. The pressure control valve(s) and associated controller shall be such that the pressure variations in steady conditions do not exceed
38 ± 1% of the nominal value requested at the fuel gas package outlet.

40 7.0 PROCESS GUARANTEE
41 The vendor shall have final and total responsibility for the design and the Process / Mechanical performance of the equipment supplied
42 within the scope of this Fuel Gas Skid. Guarantees to be provided by vendor include, but not limited, to:
43 • 100% efficiency for solids removal for 3 micron size and above
44 • 100% efficiency for liquid droplets removal for 10 micron size and above
45 • 99% efficiency for liquid droplets removal for 5 micron to 10 micron size
46 • 30⁰C superheat at the package outlet
47 • Vendor shall advise and thereby guarantee the superheated fuel gas minimum pressure at the outlet of package limit during normal
48 operation, based on the Fuel Gas Scrubber operating pressure and maximum allowable pressure drop for equipment.
49 • Vendor shall advise the minimum turndown of the fuel gas package.
