The information provided by PTTEP is confidential and shall only be used by the party to
whom it is disclosed to (“the Receiving Party”). The Receiving Party shall not disclose,
publish, reproduce or reveal the information received to any other third party whatsoever
except with the specific prior written authorization of PTTEP. The Receiving Party shall
within five (5) days from notice from PTTEP return or destroy (upon instruction of PTTEP)
all confidential Information furnished by PTTEP.
The Receiving Party shall also take such precautions as are reasonably necessary to
protect the confidential information, including taking measures to prevent loss, theft and
misuse.
The Receiving Party shall fully indemnify and keep PTTEP at all time fully indemnified from
and against any loss or disclosure of confidential information and from all actions,
proceedings, claims, demands, costs, awards and damages arising directly or indirectly as
a result of such unauthorized disclosure.

16 2. Regulation of power to the heater shall use complete full cycles of mains power rather than chopped cycles. Switching ON and OFF shall be
17 done at the zero voltage crossover points of the mains complete full cycles. Vendor shall advise the impact to power system during
18 switching in particularly when big heater load is provided.
19 3. VENDOR to provide auto/manual selector switch on HCP to facilitate manual override control of the thyristor via local potentiometer inside
20 HCP.
21 4. Incoming ACB or MCCB for the HCP shall interlock with panel door.
22 5. Incoming CB shall be 3-pole. The selectivity category for the incoming CB (if rated 800A and above) as defined in IEC 60947-2 shall be
23 category B. CB shall be padlockable in the "Off" position.
24 For CB feeding electrical heater, CB selectivity category shall be category A.
25 6. Contactors shall comply with IEC 60947-4-1 and rated for both uninterrupted duty and interminttent duty. The utilisation category for AC
26 contactors shall be AC-1. VENDOR shall advice on the Contactor intermittent duty class for Purchaser review and approval.
27 7. General purpose fuse links shall be type gG and comply with IEC 60269. Fuses shall be screened from each other and arranged so that they
28 can safely removed.
29 8. CB shall have a rated short-circuit making and service breaking capacity in conformity with the prospective short circuit current as specified
30 in the datasheet.
31 9. The input signal shall be galvanically separated from the driver unit and its power supply.
32 10. PCS shall have the option to control and monitor the HCP via 4-20 mA from PCS. Status can be Modbus TCP/IP communication links.

34 11. Anti-condensation heating shall be provided inside the assembly and it shall be supplied from a separate source. The heating system shall
35 be switched for isolation purpose by means of MCB in combination with an earth leakage protecting device of 30mA sensitivity.

38 13. In the event of internal fault in one of the compartments, the damage shalll be confined to that compartment. Other compartments shall

40 14. The terminals for the power cable shall be located so that a free space of at least 400mm remains between the gland plate and the lowest
41 terminal. Facilities shall be provided for clamping the cables where these enter the enclosure.
42 15. The enclosure shall have 3 separate compartments (incoming supply, power control, and measurment and control).
43 16. The HCP shall be able to provide 10% margin performance design at nominal voltage and frequency.
44 17.Thyristor shall be effectively protected against overload, e.g. by means of ultrarapid fuses.
45 18. A ramp unit shall be provided in order to protect the heater or power system from damage that could occur as a result of electrical,
46 mechanical and thermal shock caused by direct full load switching.
47 19. Vendor to advise Purchaser on the harmonic content during low loading or worst case condition. Vendor shall guarantee the nominal
48 harmonic generation across all values would not exceed 5%.

27 7. General purpose fuse links shall be type gG and comply with IEC 60269. Fuses shall be screened from each other and arranged so that they
28 can safely removed.
29 8. CB shall have a rated short-circuit making and service breaking capacity in conformity with the prospective short circuit current as specified
30 in the datasheet.
31 9. The input signal shall be galvanically separated from the driver unit and its power supply.

40 14. The terminals for the power cable shall be located so that a free space of at least 400mm remains between the gland plate and the lowest
41 terminal. Facilities shall be provided for clamping the cables where these enter the enclosure.
42 15. The enclosure shall have 3 separate compartments (incoming supply, power control, and measurment and control).
43 16. The HCP shall be able to provide 10% margin performance design at nominal voltage and frequency.
44 17.Thyristor shall be effectively protected against overload, e.g. by means of ultrarapid fuses.
45 18. A ramp unit shall be provided in order to protect the heater or power system from damage that could occur as a result of electrical,
46 mechanical and thermal shock caused by direct full load switching.

6 1.0 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
7 1. This datasheet defines the minimum process requirements for the fuel gas package 1A-6200 on the LLCPP Platform.
8 2. The fuel gas package shall be a single package and shall be integrated into the overall platform design.
9 3. Vendor shall provide performance guarantee on both process and mechanical performance of the equipment supplied within the
10 scope of the supply of the fuel gas skid. Refer to Section 8.0 for the details of required performance guarantee.

12 2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY
13 The fuel gas package system shall comprise of the key components/ equipment as a minimum:
14 • 1 x 100% Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210)
15 • 2 x 100% Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B)
16 • 2 x 100% Fuel Gas Heaters (1H-6230A/B)
17 • 1 x 100% Start-Fuel Gas Preheater (1H-6240)
18 • Heater Control panel for Fuel Gas Heaters and Start Fuel Gas Preheater
19 • All control and safety devices which include but not limited to pressure control valve (PCV) , shutdown valve (SDV), blowdown valve (BDV)
20 and pressure safety valve (PSV) as required by facilities inside the skid.
21 • All instrument which include pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters and level transmitters.
22 • All piping and valves within package.

24 3.0 PROCESS DESCRIPTION
25 1. The fuel gas system supplies HP superheated fuel gas to the Gas Turbine Generators at LLCPP platform. The system also supplies low
26 pressure fuel gas as pilot gas/ignition gas for flare ignition package and as primary purge gas for the HP/LP flare headers.
27 2. There are three (3) sources of fuel gas as feed gas to the Fuel Gas package :-
28 i - Primary fuel gas source (during normal operation) - Gas from downstream Dry Gas / Lean Glycol Heat Exchanger (1E-4515/4525)
29 ii - Secondary fuel gas source (as back-up/start-up) - From export piping / pipeline with alternative to tap from Inlet Separator Gas
30 Outlet (1V-4110/4115).
31 3. The feed fuel gas pressure will be let down via 2x100% pressure control valve upstream of the Fuel Gas Scrubber to 40 barg.
32 Fuel Gas Scrubber is provided to knock-out any potential liquid formed associated to pressure letdown. The liquid that is knocked out from
33 Fuel Gas Scrubber is disposed to Closed Drain Vessel through on/off level actuated valve and restriction orifice.
34 4. The fuel gas at gas outlet of Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210) is then routed to Fuel Gas Filter Coalescers (1F-6220A/B) to remove any fine liquid
35 droplets and particles that may be carried over from the Fuel Gas Scrubber 1V-6210.
36 5. Fuel Gas Heaters are provided to give 30⁰C with respect to the Fuel Gas Scrubber (1V-6210) gas outlet temperature.
37 6. For start-up the supply gas from the gas outlet of Inlet Separator is 120 barg and will be sent to Start-Fuel Gas Preheater for preheating.
38 The pressure of the preheated gas will be reduced to 40 barg by Pressure Control Valve before sending to Fuel Gas Scrubber.
