The club shall be called United Club Of Nigeria. Motto: with God all things are Possible The Club shall be meeting every 2nd Friday by 6:30pm Lateness of any member shall be fine N 200 Monthly dues is N1000 each for now. On the meeting day any member that fail to pay his due will attract fine of N500 HOSTING Hosting of club should be on a free will donation and it is a must for every members. REQUIREMENTS OF MEMBERSHIP

Every member will be an Igbo man. Screening of New Members The club will Screen the new member for three straight meetings before adding his name to the registration. (3 months). The main register. FUNCTIONS OF THE MEETING. DISCIPLINE IN THE CLUB. Any member who walks out of the club unannounced, will pay the club fine of N500 and will be cautioned. If any member fight each other in the meeting or outside the meeting, two of them will pay the fine of N5,000 each, After that the club will judge the matter, the offender will pay a fine of extra N3,000. The club will not tolerate rough or Irresponsible dressing during meeting and outing e.g (bathroom slippers or criminal eyeglasses). Fine N2,000 The club will not tolerate drunkenness and disturbance before coming to the meeting or during the meeting even after the meeting and outing. Fine N3,000 Members are not allow to involve police or any military in any case between them without receiving a go- ahead from the club. Fine(30,000) The club will not tolerate the use of abusive words on any of the member in the club. Fine of N2,000 The club will not tolerate remaining of drinks from members attracts fine of N2,000 N0 body is above the law. (members or executives) FORFIT OF RIGHTS. If you invite the club in an unrespectful way, the club will not come. You must at least be up to 2years before you can invite the club for an occasion of rights. If the celebrants did not welcome or treat the club very well at the occasion his right will be withheld. MARRIAGE Any person that is wedding will give 3months notice to the club and the invitation carry the club name boldly written on the I.V with one crate of beer. All members must be there a day before the wedding in or outside Lagos. When any members of the club is wedding in Lagos every members must be present, failure to attend attract fine of N20,000 while outside Lagos N40,000 The club will give the celebrant the sum of N50,000 cash on the wedding ground. All members are expected to spray N2,000 to the celebrant on the wedding ground. THE OCCASION The celebrant must reorganize the club very well. The cub will still honor other occasions like house opening, Marriage Anniversary, Conferment of titles either traditionally or religious, Members Birthday, Child dedication. Any other occasion invited outside the above will be by individual or club decision. SERIOUS PROBLEM In case of fire disaster, accident, Sickness that lasted for a long time in the hospital the club shall call on an emergency meeting to deliberate on how to help out. DEATH If any member wife dies, Information will be first given to the club All members of the club shall gather together to visit that club member. Every members shall be on the wake keeping The Sum of N50,000 will be given to the husband after the burial of the deceased. Any member who fail to attend the wake-keeping will pay fine of N10,000 to the club (NO EXCUSE) All members shall be at the burial fail to attend attracts fine of N20,000 (NO EXCUSE) DEATH OF A MEMBER The club shall be greatly committed in the burial The club shall be present in the Wake-keeping either with church or town-union. The sum of N100,000 shall be given to the wife or at the burial ground. Any member who fail to attend the wake-keeping will pay the sum of N10,000 fine to the club for Lagos and N20,000 for east. On the burial proper, every member must travel for the burial. Any member who fails to travel for the burial will pay the sum of N30,000 fine to the club. It is a must for every members to be at the wake-keeping both in Lagos and at home town. BENEFIT OF A MEMBER The club is to generate a Saving fund for it member to be distributed annually or quarterly with the effort of its members ( to have a savings). This will enable and reduce cost in-end-of-the year. REQUIREMENTS OF CELEBRANTS He must be up to date in his dues The celebrant will give the club 3 cartons of beer, one carton of malt, two packs of table water and a cooler of rice or Swallow: Well cooked. ELECTIONS SECTIONS. At the end of their tenure, the chairman shall appoint a returnee officer from the house. The returning officer shall have the power to conduct the election as he best suit him either to start from the least position is best to suit to him. The life span of an executive is for 4 years. A particular officer can be re-elected into the same office for the second term. No body shall hold a particular post after second term except everybody have been elected in that post. Chairman shall summon an emergency meeting if need be in consultation with General Secretary who will write the circular for the meeting. He shall Sign the document of the club including minutes, Official Statement and Financial document. He has the power to create and dissolve committees if the need arises. He shall have authority to discipline members for any act of Indiscipline through the provost when the matter arises. VICE CHAIRMAN The vice chairman shall perform in full all the functions of the chairman in the absence of the chairman Where the chairman is over labored shall assist him in the job as may be directed by the chairman or from the general house as to when the need arises. 2..GENERAL SECRETARY The general secretary shall take records of discussion prepare and present minutes of general and executives meetings He shall also sign an adopted minutes with the chairman. He shall take instructions when advised to do so in all matters of correspondence on behalf of the club. He shall open and keep an accurate register of members and shall also keep up to date nominal roll showing names, telephone numbers and address of all members. B. ASSISTANT SECRETARY Shall assist the general Secretary Shall assume the functions of the secretary in any function or as maybe directed to perform at a given time. 3. FINANCIAL SECRETARY Shall be in charge of all records of money in and outside the club.e.g Ceremonies, Levies, Dues, Fines and Donations from members and outsiders. Shall be the Overall head of the checks and bal. of the club. I.e: the Income and expenditure of the club. Present to the house an accurate and satisfactory statement of account to the general house whenever the need arises. 4. TREASURER The Treasurer shall be responsible for keeping of the club purse. Incase the club operates an account he shall keep the passbook/cheque which will be presented on demand to the general house. Shall maintain an Intrest account of N5,000 from the proceeds of the club. Shall pay into the account not less than 24hours all the proceeds of the club. 5. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO) Shall be responsible for the circulation of information within and outside the club. 6. WELFARE Shall be responsible for sharing of thing during refreshment period at the meeting and social function/outing. Shall be the head of everything concerning the refreshment and shall take record of everything. 7. PROVOST Shall be responsible for the maintenance of law and order in and outside the meeting according to the constitution or as may be instructed by the chairman.
