Iqbal was a great poet and philosopher who emphasized the
importance of freedom and self-determination for individuals
and nations. His poetry reflects a deep understanding of the
challenges faced by Muslims in the Indian subcontinent and
the need for a separate homeland where they could live with
dignity and freedom.

In order to survive as an independent and sovereign country,

Pakistan needs to follow some important steps that are in line
with the spirit of liberty that Iqbal advocated in his poetry.
Some of these steps are:

1. Promote Education: Education is the key to progress and

development. Pakistan needs to focus on education, especially
in the fields of science and technology, in order to keep up
with the rest of the world.

2. Encourage Democracy: Democracy is the foundation of a

strong and stable society. Pakistan needs to strengthen its
democratic institutions and ensure that the people have a say
in the decision-making process.
3. Promote Unity: Pakistan is a diverse country with many
different cultures and traditions. It is important to promote
unity and tolerance among all the different groups in order to
build a strong and stable society.

4. Combat Corruption: Corruption is a major obstacle to

progress and development. Pakistan needs to take strong
measures to combat corruption at all levels and promote
transparency and accountability in all sectors of society.

5. Strengthen National Security: Pakistan faces many

security challenges both internally and externally. It is
important to strengthen national security and ensure the
safety and security of all citizens.

6. Promote Economic Development: Economic development is

essential for the progress and prosperity of any country.
Pakistan needs to focus on promoting economic growth and
development by encouraging investment, supporting small
businesses, and creating job opportunities for the people.

In conclusion, Pakistan can survive as an independent and

sovereign country by following the spirit of liberty that Iqbal
advocated in his poetry. By promoting education, democracy,
unity, transparency, national security, and economic
development, Pakistan can build a strong and stable society
that can face the challenges of the 21st century.
