Do you agree with the idea that: Academic knowledge is not the only

thing to have a good job in future?

Apparently, to get a good and suitable job in the future, besides academic
knowledge, we have to possess some other vital factors; therefore, I completely
agree with the idea that academic education is said not to be the exclusive part
of having a great job. In the first place, owning some useful life skills,
especially creative thinking, can bring us effectiveness. In work as well as in
study, since creativity helps us generate innovations which may improve
productivity and quality of our work, it is always highly appreciated. Secondly,
soft skills are greatly beneficial to us in our careers. When having teamwork
skills, not only can we gain new perspectives and be promoted creativity but we
also accurately handle the works on time. Also, flexibility and adaptability will
limit difficulties that we have to face when there are changes or challenges in
our future jobs. Last but not least, workmanship is considered as one of the keys
to achieving success in every job because it helps us complete our tasks
skillfully. With all the reasons above, I can conclude that if you want to have a
good job in the future, possessing only academic knowledge is not enough.
