Rozdział 4 (Chapter 4)

Tom, Adam and Darek are finishing their drinks and Adam indicates to the waitress
he would like to pay the bill.

Adam: Poproszę rachunek. Can I have the bill please?

From the café they go to Adam’s office just round the corner. The receptionist
welcomes Adam.

Recepcjonistka: Dzień dobry panie Adamie. Hello (lit. Mr) Adam.

Mam dla pana korespondencję. I’ve got mail for you.

Adam: Dzień dobry pani Elu. Hello (lit Mrs) Ela.

The receptionist hands some letters and a small parcel to Adam.

Adam: Dziękuję bardzo. Thank you very much.
