Explain and Elaborate

Presentation Software
Presentation refers to a digital format used to present ideas to physical or virtual
audiences. This format will guide the presenter in imparting knowledge and ideas to the
audience. In this way, people will be more engaged and will actively participate in the
discussion. Hence, there are tools that will help users design their presentations to become
more dynamic and more interactive. These tools are called presentation software.

What are the different presentation softwares?

How does each one differ from another?

Different Kinds of Presentation Software

Presentation software can help organize the ideas of the presenter. Features are provided
for presentations to be as appealing to the eye as possible so the presenter can catch the

Desktop Presentation Software

Desktop presentation software refers to the tools installed on computers and laptops;
thus, these may also be utilized by downloading more templates, animation, and graphics
from the internet. The following are some examples of this software:

Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint is a licensed software included in the Microsoft Office package
usually installed on Windows desktops. It allows the user to organize presentations with
various transitions and animations. Microsoft Powerpoint also allows users to insert images,
audios, and videos to make presentations engaging for the audience.
