KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT (ALLOCATION OF BUSINESS) RULES, 1977

NOTIFICATION No. DCA 20 TRB 76(2), dated 29th July 1977

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166
of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Karnataka hereby makes the
following rules namely:

1. Title and Commencement, - (1) These rules may be called the


Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the
Official Gazette.

2. Allocation of Business of Government among Departments of the


Secretariat, - The Business of the State Government shall be transacted in
the Secretariat Departments specified in the Schedules below and shall be
classified and distributed between those Departments as laid down therein.
