INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY: Fill In The Blanks! (7 minutes)
A. MOTIVATIONAL
Assess the student’s prior knowledge of the following terms in a form of a “fill in
the blank” type of activity using the learning platform Mentimeter.
INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY: Match-yah (8 minutes)
a. Let the students count from 1 up to the last number of the present student
B. ACTIVITY b. The teacher picks a number written on the green Popsicle stick and that
student is asked to match and paste the given meaning written on the meta
strips to each word/phrase formed in the previous activity.
INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY: Think About it! 10 minutes)
a. Answers the following questions:
1. How did you know about the meaning of the word or term?

principles of effective speech delivery by clicking the letter/ word of the correct

Instruction: Watch and listen carefully to the clips of the two speakers delivering
their speeches. While watching, jot down your observations based on what you
have watched. Try to compare and contrast the two speakers by accomplishing
the given template.
