THIRD MINUTES OF FOURTH EXECUTIVE GENERAL MEETING WITH

ROYAL FRIENDS HELD ON THE 12TH OCTOBER, 2023

HELD IN D-CRUZZ BAR ALAKAHIA JUNCTION,
PORT HARCOURT.

The meeting started at exact 5:01pm with an opening prayer said by Royal Abere
and Adoption of Agenda was immediately done by Royal Abere Seconded by Royal
Wakama.

1. CHAIRMAN’S OPENING REMARK

The chairman as usual thanked everyone for been present and encouraged us to
be prompt in attendance.

2. OBSERVATION/CORRECTION OF MINUTES

All observation/corrections raised by members in respect of wrong spellings have

been effected.

3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES

ROYAL BRAID ADOPTED THE MINUTES, ROYAL NBETE SECONDED.

4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING:

The Chairman expressed his displeasure over the delay of hand over or change of
Signatories of the immediately past executives, he went further to say where all
things are equal, and such should have been the first function to do before taking
over duties. Royal Wakama added his voice to also appeal to the past executives
most especially the signatories involved to do the needful.
Royal Chairman still raised the issue of former secretary’s group hosting money
funded by the association, Accounting to N19,000.00 is yet to be paid since August
2023.

END OF THE YEAR PROGERAMME:

Royal Wakama briefed the house that the committee has in mind two venues
namely LIMBURG HOTEL and PIMOFF HOTEL. He went further to say we should toll
the line of same contribution of last year though he acknowledge the fact that
items are expensive items of product have been increased too irrespective of that,
the committee will make do of the available fund within their reach. But Royal
Braid said the breakdown of expenses to be incurred should be presented to the
house in other to give the general house what the occasion will look like in times
of entertainment. Royal Abere also said that the activities should be stated also.

HOSTING GROUP:

The chairman took his time to explain why and how the group members are
formed, in other to avoid previous occurrences, it was done selectively. Based on
this grouping, Royal Eneyi pleaded that Royal Orere’s name should be added in
one of the groups. To form the basis of decision Royal chimele advised that it
shouldn’t be personal, Royal Showers insisted such matter should not be stressed
that Royal Orere should still be exempted. Under listed are group members of

A.O.B Royal Wakama said that most of the issues have been discussed.

ADJOINMENT
