Anti-Cyberbullying Agreement Form for Students

Dear Students,
We believe in creating a safe and respectful learning environment for all members of our school
community. Cyberbullying is a serious issue that can have a profound impact on the well-being of
individuals. To promote a culture of kindness, respect, and digital responsibility, we have developed this
Anti-Cyberbullying Agreement.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge your commitment to maintaining a positive online presence,
preventing cyberbullying, and reporting any incidents of cyberbullying promptly. Please read the
agreement carefully and sign below to show your commitment to these principles.

Student Agreement:
I will treat others online with respect, kindness, and empathy, just as I would in person.
I will not engage in any form of cyberbullying, including but not limited to:
Sending hurtful or threatening messages.
Posting offensive or derogatory comments, images, or videos.
Spreading false rumors or information to harm someone's reputation.
Impersonating someone else online with malicious intent.
Encouraging or participating in online harassment.
I will think before I post, considering the potential impact of my words and actions on others.
I will protect my personal information and not share passwords or sensitive details online.
I will report any incidents of cyberbullying that I witness or experience to a trusted adult or school
authority promptly.
I understand that the school takes cyberbullying seriously and will take appropriate action when incidents
are reported.
I will support my fellow students who are victims of cyberbullying and not participate in or condone such
behavior.

Parent/Guardian Agreement:
As a parent or guardian of the student, I will:
Encourage responsible and respectful online behavior in my child.
Monitor my child's online activities and guide them in making responsible digital choices.
Communicate with the school if I suspect or become aware of any cyberbullying incidents involving my
child or others.
Support the school in its efforts to create a safe online environment for all students.

School Agreement:
The school will:
Educate students about the responsible and ethical use of technology and the consequences of
cyberbullying.
Investigate all reported incidents of cyberbullying promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with
school policies.
Provide support to students who are victims of cyberbullying, including counseling and guidance.
Promote a culture of digital citizenship and respect for all members of the school community.
