Accomplishment Report in Guidance- Aliaga Central School

Academic Year 2022-2023

As the Guidance Coordinator at Aliaga Central School, I am thrilled to reflect on the

achievements made over the past year. My primary focus was on enhancing the well-
being and academic development of our students, and I am pleased with the progress
we have accomplished.

One of the key achievements was the successful implementation of various

comprehensive guidance programs. These included career guidance seminars, mental
health workshops, and peer counseling initiatives, which created a supportive and
inclusive environment for our students to thrive.

I collaborated closely with teachers and parents to identify struggling students and
provided personalized interventions to address their needs effectively. As a result, we
witnessed remarkable improvements in academic performance and a notable reduction
in dropout rates.

In an effort to expand opportunities for our students, I established strong partnerships

with local organizations and stakeholders, securing valuable resources and offering
increased access to scholarships and internships.

Through fostering a culture of empathy and understanding, our students have shown
remarkable growth and resilience. It has been an honor to serve as the Guidance
Coordinator at Aliaga Central School, and I am excited to continue making a positive
impact on the lives of our students in the years to come.
