Product outline drawing

Main structure and system description of the product

Fixed hydraulic lifting platform is made of Q235 steel and generally have a

workbench, scissor frame, chassis and electrical control box; an oil pump,

electric motor and solenoid valve form a hydraulic power unit. Fixed lifting

freight elevators are external power units, fixed lifting platforms are

generally for indoor, could also for external installation.

1. Main structure

The mechanical structure of the elevator generally consists of three parts:

base, arm and workbench. The base is welded with steel plates of corresponding

strength; the flat hinge ears and pulleys on the base are used to install the

lifting arm. The boom is a shear hinge type vertical lift, made of high-strength

seamless rectangular tubes, with high strength and beautiful appearance; when

the boom moves up and down, it is installed on the base and slides in the chute

below the working platform.

The working platform is a rectangular platform, installed on the upper part

of the boom, and moves vertically up and down as the boom rises and falls. There

are safety guardrails around it, and skirting boards are welded to the bottom of

the guardrail to prevent objects from falling and injuring people.

2. Hydraulic system description

Suction oil from the oil pump, push the piston in the oil cylinder, and lift

the cross arm to rise vertically. When descending, the pressure oil flows back

to the oil tank through the solenoid valve under the monitoring of the speed

limit valve and flow regulating valve. When the oil cylinder is overloaded, the

pressure oil output by the oil pump flows directly back to the oil tank through

the relief valve (safety valve). In order to prevent uncontrolled descent

accidents caused by oil pipe rupture, each cylinder's oil inlet (also used as

oil return) pipeline is equipped with a one-way speed limit valve, which can

ensure normal descent speed even if the oil pipe ruptures. (Please see the

figure below for the operation of the support valve. (See Picture (4) for the

hydraulic principle.)
Descending speed adjustment. Clockwise is slower, counterclockwise is faster.

Pressure limiting valve. Press the emergency lowering button clockwise. The

pressing force increases, otherwise it decreases. Red warning in the direction

of the arrow - the user is prohibited from adjusting the button. Dynamic

Appendix 1: Requirements for the use of hydraulic working medium (hydraulic

oil):

a. It is best to keep the oil pump inlet temperature below 55 degrees

Celsius . For example, based on the oil temperature of the fuel tank, the ideal

working temperature is 30-45. The oil has good fluidity within the operating

temperature range, suitable viscosity, small changes with temperature,

appropriate leakage, and low power loss.

b. In situations with high fire protection requirements, the flash point is

high enough; when used in cold areas, the freezing point is low enough.

c. Routine maintenance: Keep the environment clean and tidy, operate it

correctly, and prevent contamination from moisture, mechanical impurities,

colloidal sludge, or air mixing. Moisture intrusion must be separated quickly.

If the precipitated impurities at the bottom of the fuel tank exceed 0.1% of the

capacity, they should be filtered before use.

d. Timely replacement: In addition to regular replacement, the hydraulic

working medium will gradually age and deteriorate during use. When it reaches a

certain level, if there are many impurities or the oil is dark and smelly or the

viscosity changes abnormally, new oil should be replaced in time. When changing

oil, the system should be thoroughly cleaned. The new oil added should be

filtered. Of course, it can also be based on color, smell, transparency or

turbidity, whether there is sediment, etc. Or compared to new media or

determined empirically. Or take samples to test whether there are changes in

physical and chemical indicators to determine whether to replace new oil.

Appendix 2: Precautions for disassembly and assembly of hydraulic components:

Installation after disassembly, cleaning and maintenance should be done as

follows:

a. Hydraulic components should be inspected for quality before installation

and tested according to the situation. Installation can only begin after passing

the test.

b. Before installation, various control instruments (such as pressure gauges)

should be calibrated. This is crucial for future adjustments and can avoid

accidents caused by incorrect instrument indications.

c. Carefully clean the fuel tank and dry it with compressed air, then check

for kerosene leaks in the welds.

d. The hydraulic pump and its transmission require high concentricity. The

concentricity should be below 0.1mm, and the inclination angle should not be

greater than 1°. Do not hit the pump shaft hard, and do not damage the oil pump
rotor. Do not make mistakes in the inlet and outlet of the oil pump and the

direction of rotation. (There is a mark on the oil pump).

e. Do not arbitrarily change the position of the operating handle and the

installation position of the pump, valve and indicating instrument. When

installing the valve, pay attention to the orientation of the oil inlet and oil

return port, and do not install them reversely to avoid accidents.

f. Each connection should be well sealed to avoid air infiltration. For

flange-connected valves, the bolts should not be over-tightened. Sometimes,

over-tightening may cause poor sealing.

g. Adjustable valve parts, rotate clockwise to increase flow and pressure;

vice versa, decrease flow and pressure.

h. The directional control valve should be installed with its axis in a

horizontal position.
3. Electrical system description

The motor used to drive the oil pump is controlled in series by fuses, limit

switches, etc. See the figure below for the electrical control method.

4. How to use

A. Preparation before use

In order to ensure safe use and keep the machine in good working condition,

visual performance inspection should be carried out before use.

The inspection content is as follows:

a. Whether the power cord is intact.

b. Whether each button is valid.

c. Check whether there is oil leakage in oil pipelines, etc.

d. Whether the nuts at each intersection point on the boom are tightened

B. Operation steps

a. Connect the power supply and turn it on. After the indicator light comes

on, test drive once and then you can start working.

C. Instructions for use

a. Work according to the specified load, and overloading is strictly

prohibited. In special emergency situations, overloading may not exceed 10%.

b. It is strictly prohibited to carry people on fixed lifting platforms

without safety guardrails. The safety guardrail can withstand static

concentrated loads up to 900N.

c. When the lifting platform is working, it is strictly prohibited to make

violent artificial shaking on the working platform. The boom should be in a

vertical state and the stable supporting legs should be opened.

d. It is strictly prohibited to perform any live work on the workbench.

e. If you find that the working pressure of the lifting platform is too high

or the sound is abnormal, you should stop it immediately for inspection. To

avoid serious damage to the lift platform. For general faults, please refer

to (Troubleshooting)

f. Place the lifting platform on a horizontal support surface, and the

concentrated load of its maximum load capacity must be placed within 300mm

from the inner periphery of the workbench.

g. Work on flat ground with sufficient bearing capacity and good surrounding

vision; do not work on steep slopes, inclines, narrow passages or under low

ceilings. The maximum wind force with which the outriggers are extended and

the chassis is kept horizontal is level 6.

h. Electrical components, wiring and other insulation should comply with the

relevant regulations in GB/T 1497. The DC voltage of the control loop must

not exceed 60V.

i. (Electrical equipment should be installed in a closed manner, and

rainwater, etc. shall not enter. Each electrical component shall not come

into contact with oil and water, and it shall be ensured that it will not be

accidentally touched during normal operation.

j. (All non-conductive metals should be grounded, and wires should be covered

with insulating sleeves when passing through metal holes.

k. (When the lifting platform travels a short distance in the work site,

retract the workbench to the lowest position before walking. The walking

speed is generally less than 6Km/h.

l. (When moving the lifting platform, the boom should be in a low position

and there should be no load or people on the work surface.

m. Without the approval of the manufacturer, the user is not allowed to make

structural modifications or add mechanisms that affect the lifting capacity

or safe operation.

n. It is strictly prohibited to work on the lifting platform while sick. When

repairing, replacement parts must be original parts. Five (Maintenance

Like other mechanical equipment, hydraulic lifts can cause injuries if not

used and maintained properly. Only personnel familiar with the performance

and structure of the lifting platform who have received special safety

training and have passed the assessment of relevant departments are allowed

to operate, inspect, maintain and install the lifting platform alone.

Hydraulic lifting platforms must undergo regular protective maintenance,

lubrication and inspections. Lifting platforms are not allowed to operate in

flammable or explosive environments. Adequate ventilation is required when

working in enclosed places such as indoors, cabins, and carriages.

D. Safety instructions

a. Non-electrical professionals are not allowed to disassemble or assemble

electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or misconnection.

b. When it is necessary to enter under the lifting platform for maintenance,

the lifting platform must be hung and supported to prevent the lifting platform

from suddenly descending, causing casualties.

c. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the relief valve at will.

Every component in the hydraulic system works under specified pressure. Any

adjustment of the relief valve may cause the hydraulic system to operate

abnormally. There will be unnecessary damage to people, machines and objects.

d. Before disassembling any part of the hydraulic system, the pressure must

be relieved first to prevent pressure oil from spraying out and the workbench

suddenly sliding down.

E. Monthly Maintenance

a. Check whether the rollers, intermediate shafts, cylinder pins, boom

hinges, etc. are worn.

b. Add some lubricating oil to each of the above parts to extend the service

life of the bearings.

c. Check the quality and level of the hydraulic oil. The lifting platform is

fully raised. At this position, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50 mm

higher than the bottom of the box. Check whether the hydraulic oil becomes dark,

sticky or contains foreign matter such as grit. If found, it should be replaced

in time (46 # hydraulic oil).

F. Annual Maintenance

a. Check all hydraulic lines and connections. Pipes must not be damaged,

joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.

b. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow out the plunger with

compressed air, then install it and reinstall it.

c. Drain and discard the hydraulic oil, tighten the joints and take out the

oil filter. After cleaning, use compressed air to clean it, then put it back

into the tank and connect the pipelines.

G. Storage

a.The lifting platform should be stored in an environment free from rain,

sunlight and corrosive gases.

b.When the lifting platform is stored, the workbench should be retracted to

the lowest position, the legs should be lowered and supported on a solid ground,

and the front, rear, left, and right sides of the lifting platform should be

kept roughly horizontal. If the running wheels are pneumatic wheels, the wheels

should be separated from the ground.

Replace with new oil and do not continue to use old oil. Otherwise, the moving

parts in the system will wear out at an accelerated rate.
