Re: Application for Medical Help for Child and Mother

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to request medical assistance from the United Nation Children’s Fund
(UNICEF) on behalf of my family.
I am Sunju Nor Huzon (a refugee from Myanmar) and I have many financial problems, I can’t
go to work as usual as others do, to support me and my family because of the regular operation
conducted by Malaysian immigration. It is very difficult for me to continuously support my
daily necessities and to have a dignified life without having a proper job. We are under the
constant risk of arrest and forced deportation. I have nowhere to go and none to ask help from.
we cannot go back to my native country where our citizenship rights and universal fundamental
human rights are denied.

In short, My wife was pregnant and I take her to The hospital of Amphang but she cannot
deliver and the birth was canceled by the hospital of Amphang. Nowadays she is pregnant
since five months.

Therefore, I would like to request your good office to help me by caring my child and his
mother.

Your kind and urgent consideration to the above matter will be very much appreciated. Please
do not hesitate to contact me if there need of any more information.
